Den » M å n e d l i g e U d e n r i g s h a n d e l s s t a t i s t i k « har til f o r m å l at give hurtig o p l y s n i n g o m den kortfristede u d v i k l i n g af EF-landenes u d e n r i g s h a n d e l s a m t o m EF's handelsmæssige stilling over for konkurrenter i handelen m e d tredjelande. Den f o r e l i g g e n d e publikation bringer derfor i første række o p l y s n i n g e r o m forskellige t y p e r af samlede tal til s a m m e n l i g n i n g af på h i n a n d e n f ø l g e n d e perioder, dels opdelt efter oprindelseslande (for Benelux-staterne efter afsendelsesland og for S t o r b r i t a n n i e n efter konsignationsland) og b e s t e m m e l s e s l a n d (for S t o r b r i t a n n i e n efter k o n s i g n a t i o n s l a n d ) , dels efter varer eller efter l a n d r o m r å d e r og varekategorier. For en detaljeret undersøgelse efter varer og lande henvises læseren til d e n »Analytiske oversigt over u d e n r i g s h a n d e l e n « , der u d k o m m e r årligt.

Fra hæfte 5-1973 offentliggøres kun m å n e d s - o g kvartalsresultater. Årsresultater vil blive o f f e n t l i g g j o r t i særlige årbøger eller i t i l l æ g til m å n e d s h æ f t e r n e .

Generelt er v æ r d i a n g i v e l s e r v e d r ø r e n d e specialhandelen for vareindførslens v e d k o m -m e n d e angivet i cif-priser, og for vareudførslen i fob-priser. For EF-landene er g u l d h a n d e l e n ikke m e d t a g e t .

I o v e r e n s s t e m m e l s e m e d » L a n d e f o r t e g n e l s e n , , er landene o r d n e t efter kontinenter o g geografisk b e l i g g e n h e d , t i l n æ r m e l s e s v i s i rækkefølgen vestøst, n o r d s y d . Den f u l d s t æ n -dige tekst til d e n n e fortegnelse u d k o m m e r en g a n g årligt på de seks f æ l l e s m a r k e d s s p r o g s o m bilag til denne p u b l i k a t i o n . S å f r e m t intet andet er n æ v n t , betegner »EF« de ni f æ l l e s m a r k e d s l a n d e . O p d e l i n g e n i o m r å d e r svarer til 1974 u d g a v e n af l a n d e f o r t e g n e l -sen.

Varerne er klassificeret ¡følge »International varefortegnelse for u d e n r i g s h a n d e l e n « (CST), der er u d k o m m e t på fire f æ l l e s s k a b s s p r o g .

Statistik v e d r ø r e n d e f o r b u n d s r e p u b l i k k e n Tysklands u d e n r i g s h a n d e l o m f a t t e r også Vestberlin. Handelen m e d Den tyske demokratiske Republik o g Østberlin er ikke m e d r e g n e t .

Fra den 1. januar 1971 er o p l y s n i n g e r o m Nederlandenes indførsel fra BLØU (Belgisk-Lu-x e m b o u r g s k e Ø k o n o m i s k e U n i o n ) udarbejdet på basis af de tilsvarende o p l y s n i n g e r o m BLØUs udførsel til Nederlandene og o m v e n d t . Der er a n v e n d t en kurs svarende til 1 000 BF = 72,40 HFL. Fra den 17. s e p t e m b e r 1973 er kursen 1 000 BF = 68,95 HFL.

Vorbemerkungen

Die „ M o n a t s s t a t i s t i k des A u ß e n h a n d e l s " dient der m ö g l i c h s t schnellen Berichterstattung über die kurzfristige E n t w i c k l u n g des A u ß e n h a n d e l s der Länder der EG s o w i e über den S t a n d ' d e r EG im Handel der Drittländer, v e r g l i c h e n zu anderen w i c h t i g e n Handelspartnern. Die v o r l i e g e n d e V e r ö f f e n t l i c h u n g bringt daher in erster Linie Vergleiche a u f e i n a n -d e r f o l g e n -d e r Z e i t r ä u m e für verschie-dene A r t e n v o n I n s g e s a m t a n g a b e n e n t w e -d e r nach U r s p r u n g s - (für die Benelux-Staaten Herkunfts-, Vereinigtes Königreich Versendungs-) u n d B e s t i m m u n g s l ä n d e r n (Vereinigtes Königreich E m p f a n g s l ä n d e r n ) , nach W a r e n oder nach Z o n e n u n d W a r e n k a t e g o r i e n . Für ins einzelne gehende B e o b a c h t u n g e n nach W a r e n und Ländern sei der Leser auf die jährliche V e r ö f f e n t l i c h u n g „ A n a l y t i s c h e Ü b e r s i c h t e n des A u ß e n h a n d e l s " v e r w i e s e n .

A b Heft 5-1973 w e r d e n nur noch M o n a t s - und Vierteljahresergebnisse a u s g e w i e s e n , w ä h r e n d Jahreszahlen zukünftig b e s o n d e r e n J a h r b ü c h e r n oder Beilagen zum M o n a t s -heft v o r b e h a l t e n bleiben.

Im a l l g e m e i n e n w e r d e n W e r t a n g a b e n des Spezialhandels gebracht, m i t cif-Einfuhr- u n d f o b - A u s f u h r a n g a b e n . Für die Länder der EG ist der Goldverkehr ausgeschlossen. Die Länder sind g e m ä ß d e m „ L ä n d e r v e r z e i c h n i s " nach Erdteilen und geographischer Lage a n n ä h e r n d in der Reihenfolge West-Ost, N o r d - S ü d a n g e o r d n e t . Der vollständige Text dieses Verzeichnisses erscheint e i n m a l jährlich als Beilage zu dieser Veröffentli-c h u n g in den seVeröffentli-chs SpraVeröffentli-chen der GemeinsVeröffentli-chaft. W e n n niVeröffentli-cht ausdrüVeröffentli-ckliVeröffentli-ch anders v e r m e r k t bedeutet „ E G " die G e m e i n s c h a f t zu neunt. Die Z u s a m m e n s e t z u n g der Zonen entspricht d e m Stand des Länderverzeichnisses v o n 1974.

Die W a r e n sind g e m ä ß d e m „ I n t e r n a t i o n a l e n Warenverzeichnis für den A u ß e n h a n d e l (CST)" g e o r d n e t , das in vier der Sprachen der Gemeinschaft erschienen ist.

Die Statistiken der B u n d e s r e p u b l i k Deutschland schließen das Gebiet v o n West-Berlin ein. Der Handel m i t der Deutschen D e m o k r a t i s c h e n Republik und Berlin (Ost) ¡st in den A u ß e n h a n d e l s s t a t i s t i k e n der B u n d e s r e p u b l i k Deutschland nicht erfaßt.

Seit d e m 1. Januar 1971 w e r d e n die A n g a b e n über die Einfuhr der Niederlande aus der BLWU a u f g r u n d der e n t s p r e c h e n d e n A n g a b e n über die A u s f u h r der B L W U nach den N i e d e r l a n d e n u n d u m g e k e h r t aufbereitet, und zwar zum W e c h s e l k u r s v o n 1 000 Fb = 72,40 Fl, ab 17.9.73 zum Kurs v o n 1 000 Fb = 68,95 Fl.

The " M o n t h l y Foreign Trade S t a t i s t i c s " a i m to p r o v i d e , as quickly as possible, i n f o r m a t i o n o n the s h o r t - t e r m d e v e l o p m e n t of the f o r e i g n trade of the EC countries a n d the p o s i t i o n of the EC in relation t o its c o m p e t i t o r s in trade w i t h n o n - C o m m u n i t y countries. This p u b l i c a t i o n is therefore biased t o w a r d s c o m p a r i s o n b e t w e e n successive periods for different types of overall f i g u r e s , by c o u n t r y of o r i g i n (dispatching c o u n t r y for the Benelux states, c o n s i g n o r c o u n t r y f o r the U n i t e d K i n g d o m ) and of destination (consignee c o u n t r y f o r the U n i t e d K i n g d o m ) , by p r o d u c t s , or by zones and categories of p r o d u c t s . For a m o r e detailed a c c o u n t by products and countries the reader s h o u l d refer to the a n n u a l p u b l i c a t i o n " A n a l y t i c a l Tables of Foreign T r a d e " .

B e g i n n i n g w i t h the M a y 1973 b u l l e t i n , o n l y m o n t h l y a n d q u a r t e r l y results w i l l be p u b l i s h e d and annual figures w i l l be reserved for special year books or s u p p l e m e n t s to the m o n t h l y b u l l e t i n .

A s a general rule, i n f o r m a t i o n is given o n special trade in values, cif i m p o r t s and f o b e x p o r t s . For the countries of the EC, trade in g o l d is e x c l u d e d .

The countries are classified a c c o r d i n g to the " C o u n t r y N o m e n c l a t u r e " by c o n t i n e n t s , as far as possible a c c o r d i n g to their g e o g r a p h i c a l p o s i t i o n f r o m W e s t to East and f r o m N o r t h to S o u t h . The c o m p l e t e text of this n o m e n c l a t u r e is p u b l i s h e d once a year as a s u p p l e m e n t to this p u b l i c a t i o n , in the six C o m m u n i t y languages. Unless m e n t i o n e d o t h e r w i s e the a b b r e v i a t i o n EC d e n o t e s the C o m m u n i t y of Nine. The d i v i s i o n into zones f o l l o w s the 1974 e d i t i o n of the " C o u n t r y N o m e n c l a t u r e " .

The products are classified a c c o r d i n g to the Statistical a n d Tariff Classification w h i c h is p u b l i s h e d separately in f o u r C o m m u n i t y languages.

The f o r e i g n trade statistics for the Federal Republic of G e r m a n y include the territory of West B e r l i n ; trade w i t h the G e r m a n D e m o c r a t i c Republic a n d the Soviet sector of Berlin is not i n c l u d e d .

Since 1 J a n u a r y 1 9 7 1 , i n f o r m a t i o n o n i m p o r t s into the Netherlands f r o m the BLEU are based o n the relevant statistics o n c o r r e s p o n d i n g e x p o r t s f r o m the BLEU t o the Netherlands and vice versa, at the rate of BF 1 000 = Fl 72.40 and f r o m 17 S e p t e m b e r 1973 at the rate of BF 1 000 = Fl 68.95.

Avertissement

La «Statistique Mensuelle du Commerce Extérieur» a pour but de fournir dans les plus courts délais des données concernant l'évolution à court terme du Commerce Extérieur des pays de la CE, ainsi que la position de la CE vis-à-vis de ses concurrents dans le commerce des pays tiers. L'accent est donc mis, dans cette publication, sur la comparaison entre périodes successives, pour divers types de données globales, soit par pays d'origine (par pays de provenance, pour les États membres du Benelux, de consignation, pour le Royaume-Uni) et de destination (de consignation, pour le Royaume-Uni), soit par produits, soit par zones et par catégories de produits. Pour l'observation très détaillée, par produits et par pays, le lecteur se référera à la publication annuelle «Tableaux analytiques du Commerce Extérieur».

A partir du bulletin de mai 1973, seuls des résultats mensuels et trimestriels seront publiés, les chiffres annuels étant désormais réservés à des annuaires spéciaux ou à des suppléments au bulletin mensuel.

En règle générale, les données concernent le commerce spécial en valeurs, importations «caf », exportations «fob». Pour les pays de la CE, le commerce de l'or est exclu.

Les pays sont classés d'après la «nomenclature des pays »par continents et en suivant approximativement leur position géographique dans le sens ouest-est, nord-sud. Le texte complet de ce code est publié une fois par an, en supplément à cette publication, dans les six langues communautaires. Sauf mention expresse du contraire, l'abréviation CE désigne la Communauté à Neuf. Le regroupement par zones est celui de la version 1974 de la nomenclature des pays.

Les produits sont classés selon la Classification Statistique et Tarifaire, éditée séparé-ment dans quatre des langues communautaires.

Les statistiques du Commerce Extérieur de la République Fédérale d'Allemagne couvrent le territoire de Berlin-Ouest; elles ne comprennent pas le commerce avec la République démocratique allemande et le secteur soviétique de Berlin.

Depuis le 1"'janvier 1971, les données relatives aux importations des Pays-Bas en provenance de l'UEBL sont établies à partir des données relatives aux exportations correspondantes de l'UEBL à destination des Pays-Bas et vice versa, sur la base de 1 000 Fb = 72,40 FI, à partir du 17 septembre 1973 sur la base de 1 000 Fb = 68,95 FI.

Premessa

Scopo della «Statistica mensile del commercio estero» è fornire con la massima tempestività possibile dati che permettano di seguire, nel breve periodo, l'andamento del commercio estero dei paesi delle CE e la posizione che le CE hanno nel commercio dei paesi terzi, a confronto di importanti concorrenti. La pubblicazione contiene pertanto anzitutto dei confronti fra periodi successivi, fatti per diversi tipi di dati globali, articolati ora secondo i paesi d'origine (di provenienza per gli Stati membri del Benelux, di spedizione per il Regno Unito) e, rispettivamente, di destinazione (di consegna, per il Regno Unito), ora per prodotti, oppure per zone o per categorie di prodotti. Per osservazioni più particolareggiate per i singoli paesi e prodotti, si rimandano i lettori alle «Tavole analitiche del commercio estero» pubblicate ogni anno.

A partire dal numero del maggio 1973, il presente bollettino contiene esclusivamente i dati mensili è trimestrali, mentre i dati annuali vengono pubblicati in appositi annuari o in supplementi al bollettino stesso.

I paesi sono classificati per continenti, secondo la «nomenclatura dei paesi», seguendo approssimativamente la loro posizione geografica nell'ordine : da ovest ad est, da nord a sud. Il testo completo della nomenclatura dei paesi viene pubblicato ogni anno, nelle sei lingue della Comunità, come supplemento al presente bollettino. Salvo espressa indicazione contraria, l'abbreviazione CE designa la Comunità a nove. I raggruppamenti in «zone » sono quelli indicati nella « nomenclatura dei paesi » del 1974.

I prodotti sono classificati secondo la Classificazione Statistica e Tariffaria, per il commercio internazionale (CST), pubblicata per ora solo in quattro lingue comunitarie, in edizioni separate per ciascuna lingua.

Le statistiche della Repubblica federale di Germania comprendono il territorio di Berlino-Ovest; d'altra parte nelle statistiche del commercio estero della Repubblica federale di Germania non viene rilevato il commercio con la Repubblica Democratica Tedesca e con il settore orientale di Berlino.

Dal 1" gennaio 1971 i dati relativi alle importazioni dei Paesi Bassi in provenienza dall'UEBL sono elaborati sulla scorta dei dati relativi alle corrispondenti esportazioni deìl'UEBL a destinazione dei Paesi Bassi, e viceversa, applicando il tasso di conversione di 1 000 Fb = 72,40 FI, modificato in 1 000 Fb = 68,95 FI a partire dal 17 settembre 1973.
