been prepared. There are parallel catalogues

cover-ing documents In each of the eight other official

languages of the European Community.

The large market of 1992 — political achievement, economic challenge.

Not a day passes without the media debating the oppor-tunities and risks involved in the new fronuer-free Europe that will soon be opening up for the Member States of the European Community.

Hopes are high of new and continuing economic growth at the same time as fears are voiced about insufficient prepa-ration for the great event.

A firm foundation for hope, however, is established in the report by Paolo Cecchini, former Director-General of the Commission of the European Communities.
