The Firm

The firm ADEFILA & PARTNERS evolved from the older Partnership of Adefila, Akinsomi, Salako and Partners which was established in April 1985 about 30 years ago headed by the Principal Partner Mr. Thomas Kolawole Adefila who has a cognate experience spanning about 36 years.

The very good experience gathered over the years form the solid foundation of the practice of ADEFILA & PARTNERS which can boast of crops of seasoned and experienced Estate Surveyors and Valuers who have worked together on very numerous valuation assignments in every sectors of the economy all over the country.

The Partnership has remained focused on the issue of professionalism and giving satisfaction to clients in all aspect of the profession, particularly Asset Valuation which has remained one of the main area of core competence of the practice. It is in the need to refocus and reposition the practice for effectiveness and efficiency in the service delivery in all areas of Real Estate Consultancy to meet the challenges of globalization that the firm ADEFILA & PARTNERS was established.

The new firm was therefore registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission in Abuja and has Certificate Number LAZ 138971. (Photocopy of Certificate of Incorporation attached).

It is our belief at ADEFILA & PARTNERS that professional staff must possess finest of character, humane disposition, integrity and transparent honesty.

The firm which is 100% indigenous was established in 2003 as a result of restructuring the old partnership of Adefila, Akinsomi, Salako& Partners. The partnership is headed by Mr. Thomas Kolawole Adefila – The Principal Partner and Two (2) others, namely Messrs. Oladipo Olusola Olanipekun, Segun Joshua Adefila.
