Professional fees for this work order are set at $5,500.00, billable as a lump sum upon acceptance of the survey cost estimate.

Your firm/and other firms with Small Business Design Contracts are being invited via this notice to propose Professional Design services for the following project:

If you elect to propose to perform Professional Design services, complete the 150 form. If you are selected, we will send you a work order for Professional Services under your Small Business Design Contract via email within 4 weeks from the date of this notice. In accordance with terms of your Small Business Design Contract (“the Contract”) with the Department, your firm will be compensated $26,533.19 for this Work based upon a fixed fee percentage of 15% of the Total Base Construction Amount. Payment will be made on the basis of actual work performed in accordance with the terms of the General Conditions of the Contract with the Department. Basic Services bidding and construction phase site visits shall not exceed 3. Additional
Construction Phase site visits shall be authorized by a separate work order at a daily rate of $750 per visit/meeting.
In accordance with the terms of the Contract, the Department will schedule the Orientation
Meeting for this project within 10 calendar days of our receipt of your signed Work Order. Your firm will have 90 calendar days from the date the Department receives your signed acceptance of this Work Order to complete the design. As set forth in the contract, your construction cost
estimate must be within the Base Construction Amount of $176,887.94.
