1. No Attorney‐Client Relationship or Legal Advice Established

Angie Avard Turner Law provides its clients and potential clients with the ability to create a Client Account and access certain attorney‐client communications with our office and client documents through a secure personal home page on angieavardturnerlaw.com. To utilize a Client Account, you must be sent an email from angieavardturnerlaw.com inviting you to create this account. This invitation is only done after an initial communication either by phone, written correspondence, or a face‐to‐face meeting. Creating a Client Account does not, in and of itself, establish an attorney/client relationship with Angie Avard Turner Law.
Any information received by Angie Avard Turner Law through the registration process is held in strict confidence. We do not sell or otherwise disclose to third parties any personal information that you provide through angieavardturnerlaw.com except as may be required by law or in response to an investigation by law enforcement or other government
authorities.
By establishing a Client Account, you acknowledge and agree that in connection with your request for a Client Account, and your use of your Client Account, that you have read and agree to this Terms and Conditions of Use related to angieavardturnerlaw.com including use of your Client Account, you have read and understand the security processes that we
maintain, and that there are always risks inherent with the transmission, storage, viewing and retrieval of data and files over the internet, including through
angieavardturnerlaw.com. You are solely and fully responsible for the security of your username and password and for any consequences that arise out of your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your username and password. You must notify our office of any
unauthorized use of a breach in security of your Client Account. Your right to use your Client Account is personal to you, is for your personal and individual use, and you will not permit any others to use it. Angie Avard Turner Law reserves the right to suspend, revoke or terminate your use of angieavardturnerlaw.com and/or your Client Account at any time without notice to you.
5. Virtual/Online Law Office Security
Transactions communicated through our virtual online law office application and through your Client Account are conducted over Secure HTTP, which provides you with the highest industry standard protection available on the web. All payments are processed by
Cardholder Information Security Program (CISP) complaint credit card processors, and no credit card or payment account numbers are stored on our servers.
6. Links and Email Addresses
Links posted on this angieavardturnerlaw.com to other websites are provided only as a convenience to our clients. Neither Angie Avard Turner Law nor angieavardturnerlaw.com assumes responsibility for the content, security or reliability of any websites to which we have posted links. Spamming, the unsolicited broadcasts of email addresses or links in this website, is prohibited and unauthorized.
7. Scope of Legal Services
An attorney‐client relationship with prospective clients is established only after an attorney of Angie Avard Turner Law has expressly communicated the ability to accept representation of your matter. Angie Avard Turner Law may decline to provide legal service if a conflict of interest is discovered. The scope of legal services to be performed by an attorney of Angie Avard Turner Law will be expressly agreed upon in writing by you before any legal services are performed, and do not include any services that have been expressly excluded or are otherwise outside the scope of the written agreement.
8. Client Funds
No fee will be charged or obligation incurred by registering on our online law office. In some situations, a client’s funds will not be transferred to Angie Avard Turner Law until the legal services requested by the client are ready to be accessed and received by the client on their personal login page. However, most requested services require the upfront payment of the agreed upon fee before Angie Avard Turner Law will begin work. After the client’s payment of the agreed upon price is confirmed through a Cardholder Information Security Program (CISP) compliant credit card processor, the client will have complete access to the legal advice, documents, research or other services provided by the attorney. If further communication with the attorney is required, the client may post a separate question regarding the received legal services or request a price quote for additional legal work.
9. Termination of Attorney‐Client Relationship
An attorney‐client relationship with prospective clients is established only after an attorney of Angie Avard Turner Law has expressly communicated the ability to accept representation of your matter. Once an attorney‐client relationship is established in writing, the client has the right to terminate the relationships with or without cause at any time. If the client decides to terminate the attorney‐client relationship, the client will only be obligated to pay for the services performed up until the date the cancellation was communicated to our office. Any outstanding funds for services not performed will be refunded to the client within 14 business days.
10.Cookies

13.Jurisdiction
The terms of this agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. The state and federal courts located in Mitchell County, Georgia will have exclusive jurisdiction over any case or controversy arising from or relating to this agreement,
angieavardturnerlaw.com or any services provided by Angie Avard Turner Law. Each person who registers on this website consents irrevocably to personal jurisdiction in such courts with the respect to any matters and waives any defense of forum non conveniens.
Furthermore, each person who registers on this website is deemed to have knowingly and voluntarily waived any right to a trial by jury in any case or controversy related to this agreement, angieavardturnerlaw.com or any services provided by Angie Avard Turner Law.
14.Assignment
The rights and obligations created for you under this agreement may not be assigned to any other party.
15.Force Majeure
Angie Avard Turner Law and any of its attorneys shall not be deemed to be in breach of this agreement for any delay or failure in performance caused by reasons out of its reasonable control, including acts of God or a public enemy; natural calamities; failure of a third party to perform; changes in the laws or regulations; actions of any civil, military or regulatory authority; power outage or other disruptions of communication methods or any other cause which would be out of the reasonable control of Angie Avard Turner Law.
16.Severance
In the event that one or more of the provisions of this agreement shall be found
unenforceable, illegal or invalid, it shall not affect any other provisions of this agreement, and this agreement shall be construed as if the provision found to be unenforceable, illegal or invalid had never been contained in the agreement, or the unenforceable, illegal or invalid provision shall be construed, amended and/or reformed to be made enforceable, legal and valid.
17.Complete Understanding
These Terms and Conditions supersede any prior communication, representations or agreements between you and Angie Avard Turner Law and constitute the complete and final agreement related to the use of angieavardturnerlaw.com or any services provided by Angie Avard Turner Law.
