Installation Practices Section 3
The Customer certifies that all peripherals to the Keri Systems equipment (locks, power supplies, modems, and other associated or integrated devices) conform to the Recommended Peripherals List (P/N: 01840-001) or have been approved in writing by Keri Systems Management as listed in Appendix C. The installation techniques applied to the system conform in all aspects to instructions given in the Keri Systems Technical Reference Manual Set.
Representation of Installation Section 4
The Customer certifies that the information provided in the attached Site Survey Worksheet(s) (Appendix A) is complete, accurate and true.
Charges and Reimbursement Section 5
The Customer understands and agrees to the financial responsibility for the following charges, if it is found that improper installation practices, use of improper equipment, misunderstanding of the system features or functions, misrepresentation of the problems encountered by the Customer, or misrepresentation of the characteristics and parameters of the system have caused the system to operate incorrectly or have caused Keri Systems personnel to misdiagnose the problem.
a) All traveling costs (airfare, car rental, fuel etc.) b) $200 per Day for food, lodging and misc. expenses
c) $800 per day for labor (minimum of one day if travel times exceeds 1 hour in each direction)
Prior to the site visit by Keri Personnel, a non-cancelable, non-reschedulable purchase order (PO) will be placed by the customer to cover the above items. Travel costs will be estimated prior to the visit and adjusted after it has been completed. Payment terms for the order are net 10 days, and shall be guaranteed by a Visa or MasterCard. The customer will not be responsible for any of the aforementioned costs if it is found that the material supplied by Keri is solely responsiblefor an incorrectly functioning system.
Scope of the Agreement Section 6
This agreement represents the complete agreement. No other representations whether oral or written may supercede or modify this agreement except those referenced in Appendix B.
