NATIONAL DEALER INCENTIVE, CANADA Sunday 23rd May – Sunday 30th May, 2010 Inclusions:

• Return economy class airfares from your homeport to Calgary and return from Vancouver.

• All transfers, tours, activities, meals and beverages as specified in the highlights program.

• 3 nights double/twin share accommodation at Banff Springs Hotel, inclusive of breakfast.

• 1 night double/twin accommodation in Kamloops.

• 2 day train journey on ‘The Rocky Mountaineer’, Red Leaf Class, inclusive of breakfast & lunch.

1. The measurement period for eligible purchases for the National Sydney Dealer Conference and Incentive Trip entitlements is from April 01, 2009 to March 31, 2010.

2. The Dealer Incentive to Canada includes the Dealer Conference in Sydney.

3. Trip entitlements are awarded on the eligible purchases value for the period as whole trips. Pro-rata value is not redeemable.

4. To qualify for a buy-in, you must be entitled to at least one ticket for that destination.

5. As spaces are limited on the Dealer Incentive, buy-in participants will be approved once fbuy-inal numbers have been confirmed.

6. Entitled tickets for the Dealer Conference cannot be used as part payment towards the Dealer Incentive buy-in.

7. Domestic (optional) and International (compulsory) Travel Insurance is the responsibility of the delegate.

8. Return of the registration form is deemed irrevocable confirmation for booking purposes. No amendments can be made.

9. The Dealer Conference and the Dealer Incentive must be taken as advised to the recipient and is not transferable to an alternative date.

10. No cancellations are accepted once confirmation of attendance has been received by Destination Event Management (DEM). The deadlines are Tuesday 13th April, 2010 for the Dealer Incentive (Canada) and Friday 14th May, 2010 for the Dealer Conference (Sydney).

11. Any taxation liability incurred by delegates for either the Dealer Conference or Dealer Incentive Programs are the responsibility of the recipient. 12. The interpretation of the Program Terms and

Conditions shall rest solely on The Company and any decisions by The Company shall be final. 13. The Company reserves the right to amend any

part of the program at any time without notice. 14. All payments for the Dealer Conference and/or

Dealer Incentive should be made directly to Destination Event Management – 3/1 Hardner Road, Mt Waverley, VIC 3149. All payments should be made at the time of registration.

15. The Company nor Destination Event Management do not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any loss, accident, injury, delay, irregularity or consequential damage that may be caused to any person or persons or to property in conjunction with any services or travel arrangements resulting from the 2010 Dealer Conference or Dealer Incentive programs.

16. The Program Terms and Conditions must be read in conjunction with the Dealer Agreement/Incentive Program and DEM Registration Form Booking Terms and Conditions 17. Participation in these programs is subject to and is conditional upon the Dealer’s Financial Trading Account(s) being within terms, and a signed Dealer Agreement in place. The Company has the final sign off on participation and attendance.
