ORDER GRANTING DEBTOR’S MOTION AUTHORIZING REJECTION OF EXECUTORY CONTRACTS
Upon the motion (the “Motion”) of Intellitravel Media, Inc. d/b/a Budget Travel (the “Debtor”), for entry of an order authorizing the Debtor to (a) reject the Rejected Contracts1 effective as of the date of entry hereof, and (b) establishing a deadline for counterparties to the Rejected Contracts to file proofs of claim for any damages alleged to arise from the Debtor’s rejection of the Rejected Contracts; and it appearing that this Court has jurisdiction to consider the Motion pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 157 and 1334; and it appearing that venue of this chapter 11 case and the Motion in this district is proper pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1408 and 1409; and it appearing that this matter is a core proceeding pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 157(b); and this Court having determined that the relief requested in the Motion is in the best interests of the Debtor, its estate, its creditors and other parties in interest; and it appearing that proper and adequate notice of the Motion has been given and that no other or further notice is necessary; and after due deliberation thereon; and good and sufficient cause appearing therefor;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The Motion is GRANTED as set forth herein.
2. Pursuant to section 365 of the Bankruptcy Code and Bankruptcy Rule 6006, the

Rejected Contracts set forth on Exhibit 1 attached hereto are hereby rejected effective as of the date of entry of this Order.
3. The counterparties to the Rejected Contracts shall have 30 days following the
service of notice of entry of this Order to file any and all claims for damages arising from the
Debtor’s rejection of the Rejected Contracts, or shall be forever barred from doing so. 4. The requirements set forth in Bankruptcy Rule 6004(a) are satisfied.
5. This Order is immediately effective and enforceable, notwithstanding the possible applicability of Bankruptcy Rule 6004(h) or otherwise.
6. The requirements set forth in Bankruptcy Rules 6006 and 9014 are satisfied. 7. This Court retains jurisdiction with respect to all matters arising from or related to the enforcement of this Order.
