Lindenbaum Web Conference is independent from devices. Access is possible from PC (Win, Mac), Tablet (iPadTM, AndroidTM) or smartphone (iPhoneTM AndroidTM). Plus, the WebClient enables participation with any web browser that supports HTML and Java Script. This allows participation in a conference session with any terminal devices on platforms such as Windows, Mac or Linux – with mobile equipment like iPhone, MDA, PDA and Netbooks.

Rich features
Desktop and application sharing – The web conferencing solution enables sharing any screen content and application in a confe-rence, even when multiple monitors are used with one computer.
Desktop video / video – With the video transfer, you can show your webcam images during the session. Important features inclu-de the choice of viinclu-deo quality as well as viinclu-deo source and performance-based transmission control. Each user only receives the
amount of images which suits their capacity. The video technology is based on the H.264 codec, which supports superior video quality with very low bandwidth consumption. Whiteboard – The whiteboard function allows users to underline important aspects of a pre-sentation and to create sketches on a virtual flipchart, with the ability to save the result as a bitmap file for later use.
Easy and intuitive use – Lindenbaum Web Conference is easy and intuitive to use. Boo-king a session is as easy as booBoo-king a confe-rence call. Starting the session needs only a single click. During the session, all web confe-rencing functions are condensed in one side-bar that allows access to all the services with a simple click.
Automatic language adaptation – The mo-dules automatically adapt to the language of your selected operating system, if that langua-ge is already available in the online collabora-tion tool. If the language is not yet supported, English will be used.
Multi-screen possibility – Access to PCs with multiple monitors is possible. The user decides whether he or she wants to see one or all of them. For usability purposes, however, we recommend using one screen only.
Choosing applications – Necessary applica-tions, e.g. the web browser, can be marked with a checkmark to become available. The same thing can be done with the desktop. Automatic reconnection – In case of network problems and disconnection, the Lindenbaum web conference tool will automatically create a new connection when the network is available again.
No installation or configuration – The user simply starts the module, e.g. with a click on the link in the invitation email, and is connec-ted to the session. The client module auto-matically adapts to the version of the master module.
Passing moderator rights on to others – The moderator can pass on moderator rights to others and take them back.

About Lindenbaum
Lindenbaum has been enabling carriers and conference service providers in providing their end customers with high quality audio/ web and mobile conferencing solu-tions since 1999. Its customers are international telecom service pro-viders, including several renowned carriers and enterprises in various industries.
Chat – Chat allows participants to communi-cate via text messages with any other or cer-tain participants.
Recording sessions – The web conference session can be recorded and stored. They are available in the conference management tool as video file (.AVI).
Audio conference – The Lindenbaum audio conference service is a part of the web con-ference service. However, two versions exist; one for business conferencing and another for reservationless conferencing. Audio and web conferences share the same access code. Conference moderators have the ability to mute the audio participation lines or to reduce the background noise on the calls.
VoIP (Voice over IP) – The VoIP solution of-fers you the possibility to communicate via the VoIP application. The availability of the VoIP solution depends on the based audio confe-rencing system.
File sharing – Users can upload documents during the session and can specify users who are allowed to download these files.
Conference management – Among other functions, the browser-based conference ma-nagement tool provides overview, booking and management as well as an invitation ser-vice by email. Recordings and the participant list can be downloaded after the conference.
Security
Complete 256-bit AES encoding/encrypti-on – Lindenbaum cencoding/encrypti-onnectiencoding/encrypti-ons work with encoding/encrypti-one of the best encodings ever, right through to the 256-bit encoding.
Choosing applications to share – The mo-derator can define which of his or her applica-tions will be shown to others in the conference. This is done by marking the applications in the control box with a checkmark.
Preview monitor – The preview monitor al-lows the moderator to see what the partici-pants can see.
HTTP protocoll with SSL encryption – The WebClient enables participation in a FastView-er session with any Web browsFastView-er that supports HTML and Java Script. It is secured using SSL encryption.
Session password – Sessions can be pass-word protected. To join a secure session, the participant must enter the correct session password.
Black & white list – Protect your sensitive data against unintended access by blocking any applications via the customer portal (black list). You can also create a list of applications that are permitted (white list).

Technical details
No configuration required – Lindenbaum collaboration reads the proxy settings automa-tically, so no configuration is necessary. Just start your module and establish the connec-tion.
No installation or residue – Lindenbaum col-laboration works without installation. The ses-sion is temporal; no backlogs or entries in the registry are left.
Webclient – The WebClient enables participa-tion in a web conference with any web brow-ser that supports HTML and Java Script for up to 1500 or more participants. Bandwidth and network configuration may be the only limiting factors, though there is no limitation from the server side. Also participate on platforms such
