2.2 New and Improved Outlook Add On
The prior Microsoft Outlook Add On has been redone with a focus on tighter integration to the Outlook Ribbon.

When using Outlook delegation the user will be reserving a conference on the ConferenceManager on behalf of the Host for which calendar they have selected. The email content can be customized via a configurable template, please contact Customer Care for more information. Customer Care can be reach at 1-866-676-6394 and email at: [email protected].
A Sonexis Host utilizes the standard Outlook meeting calendar invites and then selects if they want to use Sonexis audio and web conferencing. The body of the email is auto populated with the ConferenceManager details for the scheduled conference.
An existing, non-ConferenceManager meeting in Outlook can be transitioned to a ConferenceManager scheduled conference by just opening the calendar item and selecting the Audio and/or web buttons from the ribbon.

The Meeting Options button in the Sonexis section of the ribbon provides further details and controls to the Host to manage the reservation. A new “Reservationless” mode is available and controlled via Class of Service to enable meetings to be setup with the ConferenceManager details added to the body of the invitation, but not to actually reserve ports on the ConferenceManager.
There is no need to indicate the number of needed ports as the new Outlook Add On will automatically calculate how many ports based on the number of invitees in the meeting request. However, the user can override the count by using the port fields in the Advanced Options dialogue window shown below.
