ExaDigm’s Wireless Service Portal provides easy and secure access for ISOs, Multi Service Providers, and Processors to activate modems, set-up wireless plans, and manage accounts.

The Wireless Service Portal is located on the internet at: www.exadigm.com. Click on the provided link, or go to https://www.exadigm.com/Activation (the address is case sensitive).

Access ISO/MSP

To log in as an ISO or Multi Service Provider, click on the [ISO/MSP] link.

The ISO/MSP Agent Login screen will present two options; logging in to an existing account or registering a new account.

Registering a ISO/MSP Agent

Fill out all the required fields on the New ISO/MSP Agent Registration screen (required fields are indicated with a red asterisk ).

New agents with rights to register MUST have a Billing ID and Agent Keyword to complete the registration process which is provided by the ISO.

Billing ID and keyword is provided to the ISO by ExaDigm Inc. after creating and ISO account. After providing the required information, click on [SUBMIT].

After submitting the account information, the user will be informed that the registration has been processed. Once this message appears in their web browser, the ISO will be able to proceed to the User Administration screen by clicking on [Go to User Admin].

Logging In

To log into an existing account go to www.exadigm.com/activation and click on the [ISO/MSP] link.

On the Agent Login screen, enter the email address and agent password and then click on [SUBMIT].

Forgot Password

If the password has been forgotten, click on the [FORGOT PASSWORD] link.

On the Lost Billing ID & Password screen, enter the email address and click [CONTINUE].

After correctly answering the security question, a notification will appear that the password has been successfully changed.

An email from [email protected] with the new password will be sent.

SUBJECT: Reset Password

This email is being sent to you because you requested that your Wireless Service Portal password be reset.

Your new randomly generated temporary password is: isizkqi

Please don't reply to this message. If you have received this message in error, or did not request this password to be reset, please contact our Wireless Customer Service Team at (866) 392-8326.

User Administration

6.0 My Account

To modify the ISO/MSP account information, click on either of the [MY ACCOUNT] links on the User Administration screen.

A message will appear when the account information is successfully changed. Click [OK].

Change Password

The My Account screen will allow the user to change the password.  To change the password: Click on [CHANGE PASSWORD].

 On the Change Password screen, enter the current password and the new password. Enter the new password again to confirm it.

Agent Listing

To view the ISO agent list or to create a new agent, click on [AGENT LISTING].

The Agent Listing screen will allow:

 View the entire agent list and the agent’s current status.  Print the Agent list.

 Edit Agent information.  Assign Agent user levels.  Create a new Agent.

Edit Agent Information

The Agent Listing screen will allow:  Modify Agent information.  Suspend an Agent’s account.  Delete an Agent’s account.

Modify Agent Information

To modify an Agent’s information, make the desired changes on the Agent Listing screen. After the changes are made, click on [SAVE].

To exit the Agent Listing screen without saving changes, click on [CANCEL]. Account

Assign Agent User Levels

To assign Agent user levels click on [ROLE].

To assign Agent roles, select an Available Role and click on one of the arrows signifying the move over. To assign Agent groups, select an Available Group and click on one of the arrows signifying the move over. After selecting roles and groups click on [SAVE].

To exit the Agent Roles screen without saving changes, click on [CANCEL].

Print Agent List

To print the Agent List, click on the [PRINTER FRIENDLY] link.

On the Print Agent Listing screen, click on [PRINT THIS PAGE]. After printing the listing, click on [CLOSE THIS WINDOW].

Activate Modem

To activate a modem, click one of the [ACTIVATE MODEM] links on the User Administration screen.

Next, select a wireless carrier and plan type. Click on [CONTINUE].

On the Confirmation screen, review the information that has been entered to confirm it is correct. If any information needs to be changed click on [EDIT] in the appropriate section.

After reviewing the terms and conditions, place a check mark in the provided field to indicate that they have been read and agreed. Click [CONTINUE].

Replace Modem

To replace a modem select [REPLACE MODEM] on the User Administration screen.

On the Confirmation screen, review the replacement modem. The modem can be replaced by clicking on the [REPLACE MODEM] button. If the modem is incorrect, click [PREVIOUS].

9.0 Deactivate Modem

To deactivate a modem, select [DEACTIVATE MODEM] on the User Administration screen.

Additional modems can be deactivated by adding modems to the deactivation list.

Review the modems being deactivated. Items that are not intended for deactivation can be removed from the process by clicking on the appropriate [REMOVE] button. After confirming the items to be deactivated are correct, click [CONTINUE].

On the Confirmation screen, review the modems being deactivated. Items not intended for deactivation can be removed by clicking on the appropriate [REMOVE] button. After confirming the items to be deactivated are correct, click [DEACTIVATE].

10.0 Reports

Reports allow the printout of Modem Usage and Modem Status summary reports. To access Reports, select [REPORTS] on the User Administration screen.

Modem Usage Summary

After selecting a billing period, choose either Export or Submit.

 Export will export the report to a spread sheet. The export procedure is identical to the procedure used for the Modem Usage Detail report.

 Submit will enable the report to be viewed in the Web browser.

Modem Listing

To view modem listings click [Modem Listing] under the My Account menu.

While in Edit Modem Detail a modem can be deactivated, replaced, merchant information can be changed or a usage report can be created.

To view a usage report click [Usage Detail].

The report can also be shown in MB and exported to an Excel spreadsheet.

10.3

Modem Usage Detail

The Modem Usage Detail report shows the usage for a specific modem for a given billing period. To view a Modem Usage Detail report, select Modem Usage Summary on the Main Menu. Next, select the Billing Period.

Next, input the modem serial number. As the serial number is entered, a dropdown list will appear displaying all modems in the database with the keyed number sequence. As more of the serial number is entered, the search results will narrow.

After selecting a billing period, modem number and merchant information, choose to either Export or Submit the report.

 Export will export the report to a spread sheet. The export procedure is identical to the procedure used for the Modem Usage Detail report.

The Modem Usage Detail Report will provide the following information: No. (sequence), Modem number, Carrier, Merchant Name, Merchant #, Event Time, Usage [MB] or [KB].

10.4

Exporting Reports

To export a Modem Usage Summary or Modem Usage Detail report, select a billing period and then click on [EXPORT].

In the File Download dialog box, click on [SAVE].

In the Save As Dialog box:

 Select the folder where you want to save the report.

Open the report.
