To test 3Io, 3Vo, inject:

Ia=1A,∟0, Ib=2A, ∟180, Ic=0 →3Io=1A Va= 37V, ∟0, Vb= 57V, ∟180,Vc=0→3Vo= 20V

This (3Vo) will not appear if the setting of AD210(U4 volt. Transformer is : Open delta) as the final setting, because the 3V0 is calculated in this case directly from the open delta. So to make the relay calculate the 3Vo you have to change the setting to be (Not connected).
