catalogue from Koelnmesse Service, you can calculate the costs of the
additional services you may use during your trade fair presentation and
add them to the cost of renting an exhibition area.
Important information:
This catalogue provides information on the individual services offered
and allows you to plan your trade fair presentation. Please only order

or by using our "Service Package 2009" CD. All prices listed are net prices
and are subject to change. The VAT applicable in per item case will be

With the stand construction packages offered by Koelnmesse
Service, you can present your company in its best light. Our
stand construction services leave no wish unfulfilled. We will
provide you with trade fair stands in any size and design you
need, at good value for money. So while we´re organizing your
stand, you can concentrate on what´s important to you: your
company´s success.
Koelnmesse Service will build your stand in line with your
needs and preferences. To take your individual requirements into
account and ensure an optimal presentation for your company,
you can choose from a selection of system stands with or
without furniture, a customized stand design and, of course, a
wide range of further possibilities when it comes to furnishings
and equipment.
We make sure you have the perfect stand
– Deadline for placing your order: eight weeks before the start of the fair.
– Orders received after the deadline for submission mentioned above are subject to a surcharge of 10% of the basic price.
– A processing fee of 50 EUR will be charged for per item additional change.

The “Amsterdam” stand is flexible and excellent value for
mo-ney – and you can equip it with all kinds of features.
Brightly-coloured diagonal walls are a simple way to draw a lot of attention
to your company. Only the carpet and side walls are provided,
so that there’s plenty of room to promote your company’s
success even on a small stand area.

The “Oslo” stand is unfussy, bright and versatile in a typically
Scandinavian way. Plenty of additional equipment is available
to complement the colourful diagonal walls. You can attach
spotlights to various points on the ceiling, enabling you to
present your exhibits in the most flattering manner.

knife: the widest range of useful tools in a small space. The
package price includes everything you need, including furniture,
booth and shelves. A panel runs all the way across, rounding off

We enliven your trade stand
– Deadline for placing orders for T.01 / T.04 / T.06 / T.13 / T.14 / T.18 is four weeks before the trade fair begins.
– Deadline for placing orders for T.02 / T.03 / T.19 is eight weeks before the trade fair begins.
– Deadline for placing orders for T.16 / T.17 / T.23 is twelve weeks before the trade fair begins.
– Orders received for T.01 / T.02 / T.03 / T.16 / T.17 / T.23 after the deadline will incur a surcharge of 20%.
– If you wish to insure the rental furniture and items, an additional fee of 3% of the rental cost will be charged.

Koelnmesse provides an extensive and exclusive selection of
tableware for hire. You may have your articles delivered at the
beginning of the fair and collected at the end of the fair, or
have them delivered every day. If you choose the latter option,
we will even provide a free washing-up service.

We'll provide a complete installation of cable TV and antenna
connections for you. The basic connection price already includes
installation and dismantling costs. We also offer PA systems for
stands of various sizes at an all-inclusive price (rental fee incl.
set-up and dismantling).

Together with specialists from NetCologne GmbH, we will take
care of setting up connections for telephones and telephone
systems, as well as other terminals. In addition, we’ll provide you
with communication services ranging from itemised phone bills to
voice memory.
Important information:
– Phone calls will be invoiced separately at a rate of 10 cents
per time unit.
– Please note that any change in products after your initial
order is subject to a fee.
– Orders must be received no later than 30 days before the
event begins. For orders that arrive later, there will be an
express surcharge.
– Forms that arrive late will be processed in the order they are
received and will be invoiced with an express surcharge of
20% of the rental fee.

We will provide your trade fair stand with a high performance
ADSL Internet connection. With a bandwidth of up to 6 MB/s,
this Internet connection is state-of-the-art and is also suitable
for large amounts of data. You can also take advantage of our
many additional services such as technical support or
trans-pa-rent Internet access.
Important information:
– Orders must be received no later than 30 days before the
event begins (postmark). Late orders will incur an express
surcharge of 20% of the rental fee.
– Assembly and service fees will be invoiced separately.
– Freephone, free service number, access to T-Online and AOL
will be billed at the rate of 1 cent per minute.
– If a cancellation is made less than 14 days prior to the start
of the event, the full provision fee will be invoiced.

We offer rooms for every purpose at the exhibition centre,
including offices and conference rooms. We will be happy to tell
you the prices of the available rooms on request.
We have lots of room for your success
The VAT refund process in Germany is strictly governed by laws
and regulations and is therefore very bureaucratic and
compli-cated. This entails the risk that exhibitors and trade visitors from
abroad may not receive the full refund they are entitled to due
to unintentional errors or misunderstandings. Be sure to take
advantage of our service for refunds of the German VAT – it will
save you time and money. Due to the currently valid international
agreements, the refund service is provided only to customers
from Member States of the European Union and other eligible
countries. Exhibitors from other countries can only take
advan-tage of this service if they are part of a joint exhibition. The fee
for the service is 15% of the amount refunded.
