Over the past thirty-four years, JWC Special-ties of Nashville has established a solid reputation for reliability and the capability to successfully complete even the most unusual and demanding projects. Their extensive experience in the water-proofing and damproofing trade, combined with their skills in architectural metal roofing and wall pan-els and retrofit metal roofing offers the architect and building owner an extra measure of assurance of a watertight integrity and a project well-done.

As this issue of BYLINE illustrates, JWC has completed a wide range of challenging projects which clearly demonstrates how they have used the flexibility of Berridge products to interpret ar-chitectural design and specifications.

JWC Specialties and the hundreds of skilled and experienced Berridge Licensees around the country are proof that Berridge's single-source lic-ensee program offers the building owner and ar-chitect the best in product, selVice and reliability.

J

we Specialties was founded in 1969 by Claude

R.

Johnson. From the beginning the company established a niche as spe cialists in the mOisture-proofing trade. In the early 1980's the company expanded into commercial waterproofing and caulk-ing systems and added membrane roofing and sheet metal work in the mid 1980's. Standing Seam metal roofing and metal wall systems were incorporated into JWC's program in the late 1980's and over the past twenty-three years has become the major em-phasis for company projects. Throughout its thirty-four year his-tory, ownership has been retained by the Johnson family.

The geographic reach of JWe Specialties now extends through-out the Sthrough-outh and Sthrough-outhwestern part of the country. Today, JWC offers services in Caulking & Sealants, Waterproofing, Damproofing, Epoxy Systems, Concrete Restoration, Single-Ply Roofing, Architectural Standing Seam Roofing, Retro-fit Metal Roofing, Metal Wall Panel Systems and other specialized metal construction. JWC's annual sales had grown to over fifteen mil-lion dollars by 2003.

Michael Johnson, JWC Specialties' President, credits Berridge's single-source painted material and roll former machinery program with positioning their company to be able to execute high profile,
