Coaching and Empowering

Certified from the Coaching Academy – UK, we offer to our prospects and clients, our differentiation in terms of motivation and inspiration for personal performance

and corporate improvement:

Coaching: a designed alliance between a trained professional coach and an

individual or organization to assist the employees to clarify and move towards their vision and goals by using action oriented strategies.

Empowering: a ‘catch-all’ term for many ideas on employee power and

responsibility; more broadly it’s defined as giving employees the power to do their job.

“If you gain personal and professional satisfaction from helping others to reach their goals…If you are excited about the challenge of developing your skills in this field, and if you want to gain the most comprehensive coaching even if you come from a wide variety of work backgrounds, then coaching is for you!

This program is a coaching system that works wherever you live in the world with whoever you coach.

All you do is combine the system with your own personality, skills and experience, and you create a winning formula. The key-skills here are the ability to express empathy, and to how actively listen and respond in a non-judgmental manner.

Therefore, you will be equipped by a toolkit of techniques to coach individuals through a wide range of personal performance issues.”
