Structure: Al alloy body, 2 stainless stell augers IMAT-BC12 is a new developed design and prototip of our vacum presses. We solved some undesired problem that may occur on proseses after exrusion by using two different helix and vacum effect. The vacum pump effects the filtered clay moved on the second helix just before extrusion edge. To reduce electric energy consumption, many different type and capacity of vacum pump are performed. Also, for the right extrusion capacity and homogen, we use special helix forms and sizes.

For safe operation all pugmills are equipped with emergency stop buttons and safety lock. An amount of distance allows a hand to enter inside the clay tank stop the augers in order the eliminate any risks of accident.
