ABOUT US

We are specialized in sampling online systems, tailored to your speci ic needs mainly for chemical processes, heavy industry, oil and gas.

Our solutions, from the traditional one to the most innovative, are renowned for their re-liability.

Our aim is to minimize the amount of sample extracted from the process, separate the contaminants as soon as possible and return as much of them directly to process and sim-plify the required maintenance of the system. We can taylor solution to suit your speci ic needs and objectives. ♦ Decrease response time ♦ Decrease unavaibility time of analysers ♦ Decrease of emission ♦ Decrease installation cost ♦ Decrease maintenance cost

Our solutions, the answer to your needs

GAS TREATMENT

The treatment of a gas sample consists of eliminating water or other liquids or gases contained in the sample stream ♦Separator The separator allows for separation of liquid and gas phases. ♦Condenser The condenser allows for the cooling of the gas to the point of condensing cer-tain elements which are then removed as a liquid. ♦Deminster The demister stops entrained droplets formed in the condenser but carried over by the gas low. ♦Buffer The buffer serves to eliminating a speci ic component in the stream by an absor-bant installed in the chamber.

TREATMENT COLUMN

The column product line allows for the treatment of the gas sample at the take off point, and groups together three elements into a single solution: separation, con-densation, and demisting

The gas can be treated at line conditions regardless of whether it is high pressure or vacuum

With an installation at the take-off point, there are no waste products that must be treated externally to the process; all removed material is returned to the process The column is a modular design, allowing for multiple con igurations which are adapted speci ically to the requirements of the process and the analyzer The vertical conception of the column allows one entrance point and one exit point The column coud be installed in a shelter near the analyser. For the end step of the treatment a coalescer must be put after the column. Modular column in PVDF Data sheet 2316 Modular column in 316 L SS Data sheet 2315 Advantages: Vertical treatment Installation at the sample take off Modular Use in pressure or in vacuum Ability to handle changes in the process

Housing

The housing were made in 3 sizes (WL, NL et QL). They allows a rapid replace-ment of the ilter element, and a good accessibility to the seal, without tools. The replacement of the ilter element is make by the top of the housing. The design of this housing ilter allows a installation of a bleed very practical.

The ilter housing are available in : stainless steel, PVDF, stainless steel/glass, PVDF/glass The connection (in, out, blend) are in 1/4 NPT female

Filter elements

The ilter elements are selected according to the medium. They are available in several material : ♦Glass iber with a epoxy binder epoxy (110 °C max) or PTFE (180°C max) ♦Mesh stainless steel ♦Sintered stainless steel ♦Mesh nylon Our catalogue of ilter elements contains more than 50 reference with a range to 0.2 to 200µm. GAS COALESCENCE

Our coalescers equipped with type H or C cartridges permit the separation of droplets within a gas phase and the elimination of liquid in the gas stream. The ef iciency of a coalescers can be as high as 99.97%· · Rapid ilter element replace, without the need for tools · Not necessary to disconnect the purge line to replace the ilter cartridge, · Easy accessibility to the o-ring seals , · Replacement of ilter element occurs from the top of the housing · Limited exposure to hazardous materials · Impossible to open if there is pressure in the housing · Reduced maintenance costs · Available in a variety of materials : 316L SS, PVDF, 316L/Galss, PVDF/Glass. Coalescing consists of 3 phenomena that permit the stoppage of all the droplets of liquid: Separation (for the larger droplets) Interception (for droplets with diameters between 2 and 0.6 µm) Diffusion (for droplets with diameters below 0.6 µm) SWLGL Data sheet 3002 Advantages: Pas de démontage des raccordements Diminution de l’exposition aux CMR Changement de la cartouche facilitée Disassemble without tools

GAS SEPARATION

SEC 470 Data sheet 3102 Maximum low rate 4L/mn

Stop eau

A veritable inline “fuse” in the sample system, this stops the low when there is water present in a liquid form. This element must be monted with a low switch alarm

The gas/liquid separator eliminates the liquid phase from the gas phase in a sample. It employs a hydrophobic membrane to stop water, or an oleophobic membrane to stop hydrocarbon liquids. The dry gas passes through the mem-brane and the liquid is carried away in the fast loop return.

Our 3 models, on which the replacement of a membrane does not require tools and allow for analyzer low rates between 1 and 8 L/min.
