In no more than 300 words, please describe how your professional background makes you a suitable candidate for this post and also describe what you would like to achieve if you were elected to this post.
Over 10 years experience on community based HIV, TB program design, project management at country level. I have been a manger to A PlWHA organization for 8 years in this time i have been planning, organizing and directing community based HIV and TB program, which include directly providing comprehensive care and support to the patients. In addition I have been participated in different TB workshops which include Two TB basic science training given by TAG and I have taken ACSM training workshop given By PATH and STOP TB partnership which is given in Tanzania Regional ACSM Workshop. I have conducted TB related training to35 community activists 3 times my current organization. Inaddition.my organization is currently in forefront In THE fight against TB.we have once secured challenge fund and done a good implementation of ACSM program. currently I am full time working for Ethiopia treatment access as manger and conducting Treatment literacy on TB and HIV,Advocacy,capacity building and monitoring and evaluation of the TWO disease(TB and HIV)

I have second degree in social science particularly Human Geography. Currently taking LLB .I have more than ten years experience In community based NGO management, have taken different training on TB and HIV,Currently I am a manager of Ethiopia Treatment Access Movement an organization which work for TB and HIV Advcacy,literacy and community mobilization. I am a board member of regional networks of PLWHA and regional east Africa Treatment Access Movement. I am one of the founder of East Africa Treatment Access movement and ITPC.

Over 10 year’s professional experience in NGO HIV/AIDS programs. Specific professional experience include: project management, project formulation, project evaluation, need assessment, and training/workshop facilitation, in community development project, in emergency operations, in conducting action research, studies and household economy analysis
