Operating Pool Hours: 6:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. (Monday-Friday) Operating Pool Hours: 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. (Saturday-Sunday)

Montecito Indoor Pool *The Indoor Pool is currently closed until further notice*

1. All residents must make a reservation to use the pool. The indoor spa will remain closed. See pg. 5 for reservation details.

2. All residents must complete the updated waiver before using the pools and fitness

centers. Please be prepared to complete a waiver upon arrival if there is not already one on file.

3. Reservations may be made up to one week in advance.

4. With the added 5th added pool lane, you may make a reservation for each day if you’d like.

5. Five people will be allowed to swim in the indoor pool at the same time, only one person per lane. If you like to walk in the pool, you will want to reserve lanes 1 or 2.

6. Residents may only arrive 5 minutes before their scheduled time to use the pool. Please do not arrive earlier than 5 minutes. No one is to enter the building at any time.

7. Each resident is to enter the indoor pool through the outside door adjacent to the main entrance. The door will have signage. There will also be signage indicating the location of an outside waiting area near the main entrance of the fitness center. Markers on the floor indicating 6’ foot separation will also be displayed. The Fitness Center and Clubhouse will remain closed and residents are not allowed to enter.

8. Each swimmer will have an assigned table near each pool lane where he or she can place his or her belongings. Tables will be wiped down frequently.

9. Reservations will be for 30 minutes. Swimmers must come ready to swim and must leave immediately following their 30-minute time. Each resident must leave the area within 5 minutes. If a swimmer is late their time will not be extended but must end on the appointed time.

10. Each resident is to exit the indoor pool through the double doors to the hallway and then through the West outdoor pool gate near the Bocce courts. Doors for entering and exiting the pool will be marked off with signage.

11. Showers will not be available. Locker-rooms are not available, only the single-person bathroom in the hallway outside the indoor pool may be used.

12. There will be a 15-minute gap between reservations for staff to clean and maintain the area.

13. Staff will sanitize all high touch areas, including handrails, restroom surfaces, light switches, dispensers, faucets, and doorknobs, frequently.

14. Residents are not required to wear a mask when outside. You may continue to wear a mask if you choose to do so.However, all residents must wear a breathable face covering when entering the indoor pool area of the Fitness Center. Face coverings are not required

while swimming. However, Face coverings are still required in all buildings and restrooms. Any violators will be removed. If there are repeated violations the HOA will be forced to close the pools.

15. Residents are encouraged to bring hand sanitizer, and/or sanitizing wipes to sanitize hands before and after using the pool.

16. All water will be shut-off (including ice machine, if any). Residents must bring enough water to last the length of their reservation.

17. All outdoor furniture in pool area will be removed or stacked/chained in such a manner that furniture is rendered unusable. Residents are not allowed to bring their own furniture or pool chairs.

18. Residents must maintain social distancing. 19. No spectators allowed.

20. No events or gatherings of any kind.

21. Only SCSH members may use the pools. No guests allowed.

22. Access to the rest of the Fitness Center and Clubhouse is not permitted. Montecito Outdoor Pool

one person only. You cannot bring a member of the same household with you. You will need to make two separate reservations if you want to swim at the same time.

7. Montecito Outdoor Spa: Maximum of one (1) people per reservation. You can bring a

member of the same household with you. You won’t have to make two reservations; however, the person booking the reservation must also include the first and last name of their spouse when making their reservation online or over the phone.

area near the breezeway. Markers on the floor indicating 6’ foot separation will also be displayed. The Fitness Center and Clubhouse will remain closed and residents are not allowed to enter. If you are unable to enter through the breezeway you must contact Fernando Curiel, Health & Fitness Coordinator at [email protected], for any special permission requests. The request must be made in writing. If you do not have access to email. Please deliver the request in writing to the HOA Office, via the dropbox, located outside the HOA Office door.

Santa Rosa Outdoor Pool

1. All residents must make a reservation to use the pool or spa. See pg. 5 for reservation details.

2. All residents must complete the updated waiver before using the pools and fitness

centers. Please be prepared to complete a waiver upon arrival if there is not already one on file.

3. Reservations may be made up to one week in advance.

4. Santa Rosa Pool (1-person): Maximum of one (1) person per reservation except for

occupants of the same household. Occupants of the same household can swim together at the same time in outdoor pool or spa, provided both names are given at the time of making a reservation. Staff will need to verify that the two people listed are occupants of the same household; no guests are allowed.

5. Santa Rosa Pool Times: Maximum of two (2) people per reservation. One reservation

counts for one person only. You cannot bring a member of the same household with you. You will need to make two separate reservations if you want to swim at the same time.

6. Santa Rosa Outdoor Spa: Maximum of one (1) people per reservation. You can bring a

member of the same household with you. You won’t have to make two reservations; however, the person booking the reservation must also include the first and last name of their spouse when making their reservation online or over the phone.

9. There will be one table near the pool steps where the swimmer can place their belongings. This table will be wiped down frequently.

How to Make A Reservation?

Online reservations are now available from 7:00 a.m.-11:45 p.m. daily. You will not be able to book a reservation or see available booking times outside of these times. For more information on how to create an online account or using the new online system, visit scshca.com/fitness. There is a video tutorial and step-by-step instructions for online reservations.

Phone-in reservations are also available from 7:00 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. You will not be able to book a reservation or check schedule availability with staff outside of these times. For more information on booking a reservation by phone, call the fitness center front desk at (760) 345-4349 Ext. 2111 or 2201.

1. Front desk check-in is currently not available. Staff will keep track of attendance and no-shows.

2. Swimmers must come ready to swim and must leave immediately following their

reservation time. Each resident must leave the area within 5 minutes. Showers and locker rooms will not be available.

3. If you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation, it must occur 24 hours in advance. Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24-hours in advance may result in penalties.
