1.0 Design Concept
This website shall serve as an online community for DANECO, offering several functions that support and uphold faster global information dissemination and robust user interactivity. The site will be divided into two (2) sections:
The first section will be for DANECO public viewing. This section is composed of public pages that transmit information about DANECO. It can be accessed directly using the site URL.
The second section will be a password-protected area to be used by the site administrator. This will consist of maintenance tools that site administrators can use to efficiently administer the normal operations of the website.
2.0 Section 1 – DANECO Public Pages
This section shall contain pages that users can easily access using standard web browsers. The main links used to navigate to the main sections of the website will be displayed in the
Page Header above each page. This Page Header will be the same for all of the pages of
the website in order to make the site more user-friendly. The page links are the following: - Home - Resources

2.1 Home
The most important page of any website is what we called the Home Page. It is the page that the visitor sees first, so it has to be more interesting in order to get the visitor's attention, convincing and reliable enough for the user to stay and browse the entire site. Our proposed Home Page for the DANECO website will therefore contain pieces of relevant information contained in the other pages of the site. These will serve as teasers to any visitor in order to gain their audience.
2.2 About Us
This page contains relevant and helpful information about DANECO with a dropdown functionality.
2.3 News and Events
This page will display all the Bids and Awards showing the thumbnail, title and snippet of information.

2.7 Contact Us
This page contains contact information and form that allows the user to write to the administrators of the site. It shall contain the following details: name, email address, message subject and body of the message with a CAPTCHA verification code box for security purposes.
2.8 Gallery
This page displays a descriptive photos and videos of the events of Municipality of DANECO (The administrator can change this content at any time through the admin pages detailed in 3.0 Section 2.)

2.0 Section 2 – DANECO Administrator Pages
This is where the administrators manage the website contents. Users must first log-in in order to authenticate that they are indeed allowed to make changes to the content. All the administrator pages will have the same layout. Links and other tools in order to manage the different sections are provided on this page.
This is the default update page of the site control panel. There are three (3) icons at the top of the page that are used for the following:
a. CPanel- this will take the administrator to the control panel of the website.
b. Webmail - this will take the administrator to the web-based email of the website. c. Logout - this will terminate the administrator session.
