Pool contracts by $20,702,963 for a new total authorized

amount not to exceed $64,450,163

On September 24, 2019, the DART Board of Directors

approved a resolution authorizing the President/Executive

Director or his designee to:

• Establish contracts for Professional Services Pool to provide

engineering and architectural design services, surveying,

construction management, and other capital project

support services

• Award a five-year contract to each of the selected firms

• Amount not to exceed $43,747,200 for two-year period,

FY20 and FY21
