1. Register for the first time using your store BWS Email address and temporary password: PlaySummer2020 (case sensitive)

2. **NEW** Store CEOs can now set up / add new starters to the program by inputting their Payroll ID and full name. Go to your profile settings at the top right of the Summer Bunker. Once you complete this action, your team member can complete their registration process below.

To register for the first time, use your own personal email address and Payroll ID number. You’ll be able to choose your own password. If you are having trouble registering, ask your Store CEO to add you to the team within their profile team settings.

Submit 3 Pinnacle product reviews each sprint and select from a curated range of Pinnacle products. The category focus will change each sprint. Your reviews will be posted on the BWS website & app as ‘BWS Team’ to help our customers get to know our Pinnacle products.

Play Summer is centred around individual rewards and recognition. In fact, we are giving more leaders the ability to award bucks to individuals.

You can now get recognised and get individual kudos from Area Coaches, State Managers, State Operation leads, Curtis Field and even Scott Davidson & the BWS Senior leadership team.

For the first time ever, we’re giving our stores the ability & power to drive the BWS Cooler.

Each store will be issued their own special unique QR code and be able to track app downloads within the portal so you can see which teams you need to beat!

There’s bucks, instant prizes and a MAJOR draw for hitting key download milestones this summer.

BWS APP DOWNLOADS ARE A PIVOTAL PART OF OUR 100 DOS CAMPAIGN AS WELL AS PLAY SUMMER 2020 AND WE’RE GIVING STORES THE TOOLS TO GET REWARDED FOR RECRUITING YOUR CUSTOMERS TO DOWNLOAD THE BWS APP/COOLER.

Each store has been issued their own UNIQUE QR code, which they can use to encourage customers join in on the Summer fun by downloading the BWS APP and swipe for a 1 in 3 chance to win an instant daily prize! All customers have to do is scan your QR code, and download the APP and they’re good to go!

We’ll track the download against your store’s unique code and it will be displayed on the leaderboard.

When your store team collectively gets 100 downloads, every member of your team will trigger a surprise instant reward. Let’s get downloading!

If your store team collectively gets 300 downloads, your team will

automatically go into the draw to win a brand new Samsung S20 FE phone valued at $999 for each team member of the winning team!

Check the app leaderboard to see how they are tracking compared to other stores, and on top of that you’ll earn 10 summer bucks per 100 downloads to shop more prizes in the Swag Room! Win win all round!

OTHER HELPFUL TIPS

● Check the APP leaderboard daily! Results are updated daily

● Only new downloads qualify. Once the BWS app has been installed, the customer must open the app for the first time to count as a download for your store. If a customer already has the BWS APP, it will not count as a new download

● All app downloads must be captured from your unique store QR code. You will be sent an A5 Counter stand and can download a digital and printable version from the Summer Bunker website.

● NT teams won’t have The BWS Cooler promotion but you can still encourage your customers to download the App for a better online shopping experience.

The Cash Splasher of Summer let’s those bucks burn a hole in their pocket! The Cash Splasher will spend their hard earned bucks the minute they earn them, scoring themselves a little something once every sprint. The Cash Splasher’s bucks won’t hang around for long - they like to treat themselves, buy copious bonus entries and quickly secure their favourite Swag Room picks.

The Cash Splashers must remember that once their bucks are gone - they’re gone! They might not be able to save up for things more expensive, but they will secure many smaller prizes for their efforts.

The Summer Super Savers are those with expensive taste! They will

remain patient, not spend a penny, and let that Bucks bank account mount up until they have enough to purchase their high value prize of choice.

The Super Saver knows they might only get 1 or 2 prizes out of Play Summer, but they know their prizes of choice are higher in value, and are worth waiting for!

As a Super Saver you know there are less of the high value prizes to go around - you’ll be purchasing on a first come, best dressed basis, so it’s a race against the clock to earn the most first!

The Window Shoppers of Summer will spend their time working out exactly what they want from the Swag Room. They might browse the shop everyday, waiting to see how quickly they can earn their Summer Bucks, before making a decision on what they want. The Summer Swag Room has so many awesome prizes to choose from, and the Window Shopper knows they need to carefully think about their decision before parting with their hard earned bucks!

Window shoppers understand this is a risk, but it’s a risk worth taking, if they end up with the prizes they really want (once they’ve decided what these are!)

The Swag Room will be open for you to browse from launch day, so you can suss out the prizes on offer and start thinking about what you want to spend your hard-earned bucks on!

Choose from more than 22,000 Summer merch swag or free liquor prizes from Pinnacle and our favourite suppliers and brands. The Swag Room will open for purchases from Weds 18th November and stays open until the end of the program. It officially

closes on 12th February 2021. So get saving to start spending from the end of Sprint 1!

To ensure we have enough prizes for all players:

● Each player will be able to make ONE Swag room purchase per sprint - Choose from merchandise or free product from the Swag Room. However, you can buy unlimited bonus entries into the 500 DAYS OF SUMMER DOWN TIME DRAW.

● Spend your bucks in the Swag Room like you would any regular online shopping site. We’ll send you an order confirmation and let you know when your prize is on its way!

● Maximum limit of $299 merchandise value can be purchased per team member for the full promotion period. There is no limit on how much free product you purchase but we ask you to drink responsibly.

● You can choose to:

○ Save up your bucks to buy something more expensive ○ Buy more frequent smaller purchases or

○ Splash your cash on unlimited bonus entries into the DAYS OF SUMMER DOWN TIME DRAW It’s totally up to you - what kind of shopper personality will you adopt?

1) Once you’ve chosen your liquor prize through the Swag Room, you’ll be sent an order confirmation email from

2) This email will contain a barcode - keep it safe! Lost barcodes will not be re-issued 3) Scan your barcode, product item and Team rewards card at the till

4) Take home and enjoy! Things you need to know:

● This is a single-use barcode. Only scan your code when you are ready to make your purchase. Once you scan the barcode, it will no longer work.

● The Trifecta - you must scan your Team Benefits Rewards Card at time of purchase along with your unique barcode and the product to check out at $0.

● Barcodes will not work on BWS website or app. Please redeem in store only ● Redeem your product before 28th February 2021.

If you’ve selected physical merchandise OR any liquor items marked as ‘Cooler promotion’ and ‘delivered by Pegasus’, all you need to do is place your prize order within the Swag Room and we’ll take care of the rest.

We only have a limited number of each item available, so it’s first in-best dressed.

We’ll automatically send your prize order to the Pegasus standard line ordering system so the next time your store places a store order (not your POS pack), your prizes will be packed and included in your next delivery. How convenient!

You’ll get an order confirmation emailed to you.

Selected free liquor prizes will be sent to the winners via Pegasus. Check the swag room to avoid disappointment.

Please expect a minimum two week delay over the Christmas period, as fulfilment and delivery partners will be closed.
