LIMITS OF LIABILITY POLICY
Daily Tours Travel Agency S. A., with registered office in San Jose, Costa Rica, is a travel agency that also acts as intermediary agent or other hosting services companies,
transportation, travel agencies, cruises, tours, and others.
Daily Tours is required to provide preparation programs responsible for travel, selection and supervision of services sold, a correct description of what is offered and an orderly supply of travel services agreed.
The services we sell are subject to availability upon previous reservation by Daily Tours. The services provided and schedules are subject to the policy of each operating
company.
The services we sell are quoted in dollars but can be also be payable in colones using the exchange sales rate by the Central Bank of Costa Rica to the date of payment of services. CANCELLATIONS.
Cancellations made after reservations have been confirmed and paid for will be penalized with 100% of the value of the service, so it will not proceed any refund.
If the services are not used as designed, booked and paid for no refund will apply. After the issuance of the ticket is not possible to make any changes unless you paid the penalties and applicable leveling tariff, if any.
Daily Tours travel agency S. A. can not accept any liability or pay any compensation when the vacation and / or services purchased, can not be supplied by reason of unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure circumstances arising beyond the control entirely Daily Tours S. A. or local operator or service provider.
When we refer to these circumstances we speak of events such as wars, riots, strikes, natural disasters, acts of terrorism or other adverse conditions that are out of control. We reserve the right to make other changes to the tour itinerary, hotel reservations, tours and others if the changes provided instead offer a similar or better service and/or conditions.
LUGGAGE
The luggage travels at the risk of the passenger, regardless of the commercial value or any other kind. No responsibility is accepted for any loss or damage of fragile, valuable, perishable or which by their nature suffer damage to the road and pass the tour and / or travel and immigration policies introduced by the competent authorities of the country of destination of the travelers.
ADVENTURE ACTIVITIES
At the time of visiting wilderness areas, national parks or other places of nature adventure, Daily Tours assumes that the passenger is in good physical condition for the development of the same by accepting his share in it, and that this in turn takes personal the risks and hazards inherent in the principle of self-responsibility.
HEALTH AND MEDICAL SERVICES
Costs for health and medical services will be paid by the passenger. RATES AND PAYMENTS.
The package prices and itineraries shown "from" correspond to the lowest fare per person according to the plan consulted.
The package prices and itineraries are per person in U.S. dollars and payable in colones exchange sales by the Central Bank of Costa Rica the day of payment of services. All prices are guaranteed only upon payment and confirmation TOTAL package or itinerary.
Each service that is quoted contains various restrictions that vary by destination, hotel operator and other services to be purchased to be consulted at the time of booking. Other restrictions apply.
HOTELS
The package prices or itineraries do not include services not specified in programs such as personal calls, mini-bar service, laundry, gratuities and other personal service. Additional charges apply for passengers traveling alone.
RESERVATION CHANGES
Once issued tickets / reservations / tourism service date changes are allowed before and / or after departure, if permited by the airline, hotel or operator , and usually this changes have an additional charge.
PERSONAL DOCUMENTS AND GENERAL POLICIES.
Daily Tours S. A. not responsible for personal documents incomplete, dubious or false to cause setbacks to the passenger and is the sole responsibility of the same, do all the formalities before departure.
Porting passport with at least 6 months validity.
For children under 18 years old born in Costa Rica is necessary to carry the appropriate Patronato de la Infancia permit and migration of the board.
Not having any impediments to leave the country. The immigration procedures are entirely personal.
Passengers both Costa Ricans and foreigners must do the respective proceedings regarding entry visas. Must also pay the corresponding amount to the departure tax. It is mandatory for each passenger to arrive at the airport at least 3 hours before flight departure time.
