If this is not in English, please include a résumé in English. In the event that Energinet.dk finds that these are out of proportion to each other, Energinet.dk reserves the right to exclude him from the prequalification.

2. A declaration by which the tenderer confirms and ensures the following with respect to the execution of the works and services if being awarded:
— The delivery and, respectively, subsequent delivery of components and spare parts, and on-site presence following interference each within 48 hours
— The conclusion of a service contract for the entire lifetime of the control and protection system, including all components (25 years).
3. A confirmation of the tenderer of the existence of a quality management system (QM-System) according to the EN DIN ISO principles or equivalent and submission of the respective valid certificate(s) concerning such existing QM-System.
4.a) Reference list for the replacement of control and protection systems at existing Line Commutated Convertes LCC HVDC systems (in the following “Reference List 1”).
4.b) Reference list for the supply of HVDC systems with Line Commutated Convertes LCC (in the following “Reference List 2”, together with Reference List 1, “the Reference Lists”).
Please observe that the reference projects in the Reference Lists have to be finalised since year 2010.
The Reference Lists will be evaluated as stated in VI.3). Reference List 1 will be weighted with 60 %, Reference List 2 will be weighted with 40 %.”

With reference to II.3) Duration of the contract or time limit for completion: We clearly state that the given starting and completion date is preferable for the project. However, both dates are subject to change (i.e. earlier or later), for instance in the event the starting date of the project/contract has been changed or the requirements for completing this project have changed.
The contracting entities reserve the right to enter with the most economically advantageous tenderer in terms of the award criteria stated in the tender materials, into two separate contracts for each contracting entity, Energinet.dk and 50Hertz Transmission GmbH.
