T-Solutions is a woman-owned, veteran-owned small business headquartered in Chesapeake, VA with a satellite office in San Diego, CA. Since its inception in March 2002, the company has shown steady financial growth, while expanding its corporate capability. We recruit, hire, train and support a large cadre of highly experienced, mature, maritime and U.S. Navy engineers providing waterfront maintenance engineering support services to U.S. Navy surface ships and NAVSEA's Foreign Military Sales program. Additionally, T-Solutions has serviced a variety of commercial and government customers nationwide. Description of Work Performed: T-Solutions, as the prime contractor, provides port engineering support services for the engineering, planning and accomplishment of maintenance

industrial availabilities on all US Navy Surface ships or craft. Our team of over 120 professionals determines, validates and diagnoses specific maintenance

requirements for over 160 Atlantic and Pacific Fleet surface combatants and amphibious ships in 8 home ports. The port engineers are the TYCOM’s single point of contact for the planning and execution of all

off-ship maintenance. T-Solutions’ program support staff provides MST training and administrative service support in each fleet concentration area. We also support the annual Port Engineer Conference and the newly created Port Engineer Training and Certification Program.

Representative” to support NAVSEA’s role as execution agent for ship repair/transfer and maritime industrial projects for foreign partners. We work on various Follow-On Technical Support (FOTS) and ship transfer related activities to enhance communications and provide quality assurance for the work performed.
