The School has provided the bookstore with the course and book and kit information. Use your class schedule to select the courses that you are currently enrolled. We will list all required books and kits for each course. These booklists have been approved by the appropriate contact at the School and represents the official booklist for each course.
The cost of books, kits and other course materials will be charged to your credit card (Visa/Master/Amex).
All you need to do is:
Enter a valid email address Enter first and last name
Select a Semester for current session Click Enter
After the ‘Log In’ Page, the next screen that appears is the ‘Select by Courses’

Here is where you select all courses as they appear on your schedule, we will then list all required books and kits.
All you need to do is:

Here all required books and kits are listed for each course, which you may edit. All you need to do is:
To Delete a title, click the ‘Decline’ button To Add another Course, click ‘Select By Courses’
To Add a particular Title not on booklist, click ‘Select By Titles’ To proceed, click Continue at bottom of page
After the ‘My Booklist’ Page, the next screen that appears is the ‘Shipping
This is the ‘Shipping Information’ Page:
Here is where you indicate where you want your materials shipped. All you need to do is:
Enter all requested shipping information
Address is where you want your order delivered, can be home or work Sorry, no PO Boxes
Should you be paying by credit card, you will see additional boxes in which to provide your billing address and credit card information.
After the ‘Shipping Information’ Page, the next screen that appears is the
‘Review Your Order’ Page.

You may modify your book order or shipping information by reviewing this page. Once the list meets with your approval, you may receive your books by clicking “Submit My Order” button.
All you need to do is:
To modify book order, click ‘Modify Book Order’
To modify shipping information, click ‘ Modify Shipping Information’ Click Submit My Order at bottom of page to receive your books
BACKORDER books are shipped and charged when available, if not available within 30 days of your order, we will cancel and send a confirming email.
After the ‘Review Your Order’ Page, the next screen that appears is the ‘Thank
You’ Page. (see both images below)

Here a special Voucher Number will be assigned to your order and will serve as confirmation that your order was transmitted successfully. The cost of these books and kits will be charged to your account maintained by your school. Please print this page for your records. You will also receive a confirmation of this order via email.
For any books or kits on backorder, we will immediately ship you the item when it becomes available, you will not be charged for the item until it is shipped. If the material does not become available within 30 days of your order, we will cancel and send you a confirming email.

This is the ‘Track An Order’ Page:Here is where you may track your order. All you need to do is:
1. Click a tracking number to track an order.
2. Click a voucher number to view the details of that order. 3. If an order hasn’t shipped yet, its estimated ship date is listed. 4. To contact us with any questions, please press the ‘Contact Us’ Page.
You may return any materials by following the Returns Policy, which you may
review by pressing the ‘Returns Policy’ button.

You may make returns of course materials if: a) you provide a copy of the voucher or sales receipt that was included in your original shipment, b) the return is made during the same semester the materials were purchased, c) the materials are received by us within 21 days of the receipt on your voucher or sales receipt, and d) the materials are in mint, re-saleable condition, wrapped items or sealed CD's can only be returned if the plastic or seal is not opened. If you meet these
requirements, please return your materials to Bookstore Returns Department 160 Finn Court, Farmingdale, NY 11735.
Electronics, Special ordered items and Imprinted merchandise are sold on a non-returnable basis, except clothing may be returned for a different size. Clothing may be received for exchange if: a) you provide a copy of the voucher or sales receipt that was included in your original shipment, b) the clothing is received by us within 14 days of the receipt on your voucher or sales receipt, c) the clothing is in mint, re-saleable condition and d) you note the size you wish to receive. If you meet these requirements, please return your clothing to Bookstore Returns Department.
Please return your items by UPS, Fed Ex, Registered Mail, or some other method in which you can track the shipment. We will not issue a credit for any item that does not meet the Returns Policy. Please make sure you meet all of the conditions of the Returns Policy before delivering any item to us. Upon our receipt and in the event you meet these requirements; we will process your return. If you do not meet all of the above return requirements, unfortunately you will not receive a credit and the items will be discarded.
If course materials, electronics or imprinted merchandise arrive damaged, they may be exchanged. Upon your receipt of the damaged item, please use the "Contact Us" page on the top right corner of the site and we will arrange to send you a free mailing label to return the damaged
merchandise. (see Contact Us Page instructions below)
We will immediately address any questions you may have concerning your
order or regarding the on-line bookstore, you may submit your questions by
pressing the ‘Contact Us’ button.
