.1994 - 2000 Director, Antioch Psychological Services Center. Antioch New England Graduate School, Keene, NH. Core faculty , Department of Clinical Psychology (APA approved Psy.D. program). Program development and administrative oversight of a clinical psychology training clinic, which also functioned as the university student counseling center. Clinical coordination and supervision of full range of outpatient behavioral health services. Developed and supervised services through Antioch's "Stress and Wellness Clinic", a community treatment and educational program promoting general health. Fiscal management, community consultation, and training of doctoral level clinical psychology practicum students.

2000 – 2002 Chief, Department of Psychology. Pitt County Memorial Hospital, Greenville, NC. Clinical Director, Pain Management Center. Adjunct Associate Professor, Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, East Carolina University Medical School. Managed a clinical staff of eight psychologists providing comprehensive psychological services to inpatients and outpatients at the hospital and at the Regional Rehabilitation Center (JCAHO and CARF accredited). Oversight of psychological services provided to patients with TBI, SCI, stroke, cardiac and pulmonary disease, psychiatric conditions, and other acute health conditions. Supervised a multidisciplinary team providing chronic pain management services. Training and supervision of doctoral-level psychologists. Fiscal management of the department and program development. Represented the department on various hospital-wide interdepartmental committees. Completed early steps (including proposal) in developing an psychology internship training program.
1989 -1994 Private Practice and Behavioral Medicine Consultant. Private practice in Montpelier, Vermont. Adult and family psychotherapy to a rural outpatient client population with a practice specialty in health psychology. Consulting psychologist to local physical rehabilitation program providing clinical assessments and pain management services. Staff privileges within the departments of anesthesiology and surgery at Central Vermont Hospital. Chemical dependency counseling.
1982 - 1989 Director, Adult Outpatient Program .. Washington County Mental Health Services, Montpelier, Vermont. Managed a clinical staff of seven mental health professionals. Administrative
responsibilities, including: fiscal management, intake screening and case assignment, program development, and liaison to other parts of the agency and community. Provided individual and group clinical supervision. Part-time clinical responsibilities included psychotherapy to adults, couples, and families, with specialty practice in behavioral medicine.
1986 - 1989 Director - Substance Abuse Program. Washington County Mental Health Services, Montpelier, Vermont. Directed a second clinical program while continuing with the above responsibilities. Managed a clinical staff of five substance abuse counselors
providing services to adolescents, adults and families. Assumed same administrative and supervisory responsibilities as above. • Developed an innovative treatment model for integrating
individual and family therapy for substance abusers. • Trained staff in family therapy theory and techniques.
1981 - 1982 Psychotherapist and Medical Psychological Consultant. Ethan Allen Medical Center, Winooski, Vermont. Post-doctoral training. Provided individual, family and group psychotherapy to adults and older adolescents. Offered stress management and behavioral medicine services within the local hospital. Psychodiagnostic testing. Developed a consultation service to schools regarding adolescent behavioral problems. Chemical dependency counseling.
