Ordering Terms

1. To receive discount prices, order and payment must be received by 8/17/15. 2. Credit will not be given for outlets installed and not used.

3. All material and equipment furnished by PES for this service order shall remain PES property and shall be removed ONLY by PES at the close of the show.

4. Claims will not be considered unless filed by exhibitor prior to close of show, no exceptions.

5. Outlet rates listed cover bringing service from main line to booth and do not include connecting equipment.

6. Secondary outlets are defined as floor distribution and are not considered overhead outlets.

7. Service outlet size will be determined by the volume required.

8. All work performed within booth attaching lines to equipment will be charged a connection fee.

9. PES will not be responsible for moisture or water in air lines. Exhibitors should supply their own filter or other equipment to handle moisture or water.

10. PES will not be responsible for the removal, drainage, or transferring of any chemicals or additives added to the water provided by PES.

11. PES must have 30 days notice in order to supply special regulators, strainers, traps, etc.

12. All booths include 75 feet of accomplished distance (footage required to supply requested service to your booth from from service source). Use of additional footage or equipment will be charged at the prevailing labor and material rate. 13. EXHIBITORS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BRING AIR COMPRESSORS ON THE SHOW FLOOR.

14. Pressure may vary. No guarantee can be made of minimum or maximum pressures. If pressure is critical, exhibitors should arrange to have a pressure regulator valve installed.

15. CFM charges are based on total CFMs used. Be sure to order enough CFMs for all of your machines (example - if you have 3 machines needing 20 CFMs each, order 60 CFMs).

16. Secondary outlets added to first outlet can only be used if they are within 15 feet of the primary outlet. Only two secondary outlets are allowed for each primary drop.

17. Multiple outlet prices do not include labor, additional footage or equipment to install. Additional charges are based on location of booth, or multiple overhead outlets.

18. Connection size minimum for compressed air is 1/4” nominal.

19. Compressed air is on during move-in & show hours for run of show, all compressed air will be left on for 2 hours at show

close.

20. Connections from service to equipment will be charged on a per piece price of $90.00, this includes hook-up which will include all nominal pipe connections to exhibitors equipment, and the removal of hook-up at show close.

21. All outlets are installed at rear of booth, unless otherwise specified on booth layout.

22. All under carpet work, overhead drops to locations, ramping across aisle, are done on a time and material basis.

Air line testing will be conducted September 24 - 27, 2015 from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Air service will operate on show days, September 28 - 30, 2015 from 8:00 am to 6:30 pm. * 24 hr. compressed air service is not available.

Please be sure to order sufficient CFMs to operate all of your equipment.

There will be additional charges for air lines that have to be changed at showsite.

CFM charges are based on total CFMs used. Be sure to order enough CFMs

for all of your machines (example - if you have 3 machines needing 20 CFMs

each, order 60 CFMs).

Additional outlets added to first outlet can only be used if they are within 15

feet of original outlet. If additional outlet is more that 15 feet away from

first outlet - order another first outlet.
