IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE BEGINNING YOUR APPLICATION
If you have never used our online application process, after completing the eligibility quiz, create your account by clicking the Save and Finish Later button at the end of page one of the application. **Applications will not be saved unless an account is created.
If you have used our online application process, it is recommended you save the application after accessing the application. (Note: If you are a previous grantee, you do not have to create another account. You can use your existing login and password.)
If you have forgotten your password, select "Forgot Password?". Enter your email address associated with this account. A temporary password will be emailed to that email address.
You will be taken to the login page. Once logged in, the pending application will be listed in your "In Progress Application" section. Please note the "Log Out" button in the top right of your online account screen.
When completing the application, for best results, please use Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, or Mozilla Firefox. It is recommended to
close your internet down completely before accessing your saved
application again. By doing so, this enables the information already entered to be updated.
To access your saved application at other times, go to our website at
http://zsr.org/grantees and click on "Access your online account". Only one person can be logged into the account at a time.

Please do not use bullet points, tabs, or any other symbols or special characters (#, (), ", >, <, *). Our online system does not recognize them. Also, bold and underlined text formatting options will not be displayed within your answers.
Click the red check mark to spell check your narrative.
Upon reviewing your application, if red errors display, please correct the information, then click on the "Update" button at the bottom of the page. When all errors are resolved, the final attachment has been created and uploaded, and the "Update" button has been selected; you can submit your application. All questions and required
information must be completed and uploaded. Please review your application carefully. AN INCOMPLETE APPLICATION COULD POSSIBLY NOT BE ACCEPTED. If you would like to submit any information that is not listed within the application, contact Ben Barge first at the number below
Once you have submitted your application, you will receive an email confirmation from [email protected] indicating your recent submission.
a. When your online account was created for your
organization, make sure that the email address is a valid email address without spam blockers or bulk mail filter. All communications will be emailed to the email address that was used when the online account was created. b. If that email address has changed or if you are unsure
about the email address used, contact the Foundation at the number provided below.
c. If you do not receive confirmation of submission, check your spam mail or junk mail. If not there, you may not have selected the Submit button. Log back into your account and look in the pending applications. If not submitted, open and resubmit the application.
d. To ensure the email confirmations will not go to spam or junk mail, add [email protected] to your email contacts. The ZSR Nonprofit Internship Program has a goal of increasing diversity in the non-profit sector. To achieve this goal we need excellent partners who are willing to create a learning environment conducive to personal and professional growth. Please answer the following:
1.Please provide a title for the internship position (e.g. Community Outreach Intern) and a brief description of the intern's role. Your response to this question will be published on our website under the Non-Profit Internship Program section. (Please keep your response to 50 words or less.)

Additional Information:
Student applicants are required to submit a common application and resume. They also have the option to submit a writing sample and cover letter. To view the application questions, visit: http://zsr.org/grants-programs/non-profit-internship-program.
If you need additional information from applicants that will not be included in the common application, resume, or interview, please upload a supplemental student application that will be included with your internship position. To improve response rates, it is recommended that supplemental applications be limited to no more than 3 or 4 questions.

Final Attachment
Required before final submissionFinal Attachment
The Final Attachment is a copy of your completed application.
Please follow the instructions listed below. Then upload the "Final Attachment" (copy of your completed application) in the space provided. To see an example of a Final Attachment, click HERE . To see step-by-step instructions on how to create the Final Attachment, click HERE.
1. Click the Review button at the bottom of the page.
2. Review your application and correct any errors that display in red. 3. Click Update.
4. Click the link to "View Printer Friendly Version" that is displayed in the top right portion of the page. 5. On the File menu, select “Save As” (or Control S on your keyboard), then select the location to save the
document.
6. Name your document.
7. Then for “Save as type:” save your application as Save as Type = Webpage, HTML only (*.htm;*html). If your saved copy does not look like the example on our website, please resave by following the instructions above. 8. Close the “Printer Friendly Version".
9. Upload the “Final Attachment” document in the space provided below. 10. Click Update.
11. Click Submit. Immediately after clicking the submit button, you will receive an email stating your application was submitted. If you do not receive an email, check your spam or junk email folder. If you still did not receive an email stating you submitted your application, log back into your online account. If the application is in the “Pending” section, you did not submit the application. Open the application and click “Submit”.
