CCP Module 18: Cloud Virtualization Lab
As a continuation of Modules 16 and 17, this lab-style course provides a series of hands-on exercises that enable participants to apply their knowledge of virtualization technologies and mechanisms to solve complex problems. Lab based scenarios are provided for IaaS, PaaS and SaaS delivery models, as well as topic areas that include multitenancy environments and service availability and outages, as well as the effects of combining different virtualization practices and components.
Participants are required to complete a number of inter-related exercises based on a range of technology architecture-based case study scenarios. To solve a given problem, participants need to determine the correct combination of virtualization mechanisms and technologies in relation to different cloud deployment and delivery models. Both individual and group exercises are provided. Group exercises can optionally be completed by individuals.
