Cadre’s Cadence Web Access is a browser-based order entry and information retrieval system that connects directly to the Cadence Fulfillment System. Web Access gives your customers access to Cadence Warehouse and Order Management Systems via the Internet to search product catalogs, build and place orders, check order status and locate inventory. Cadence Web Access organizes customer specific product catalogs for users to search for and select products; add them to shopping carts to build orders and quotations. It includes catalog searching, product images (photos, thumbnails, and illustrations), style sheets and detailed product information (unit of measure, color, style, etc.). It also presents
information about product availability, manages allocations and distribution lists.

Cadence Web Access is an extension to Cadre’s unique warehouse-centric Cadence Fulfillment System that operates multiple logistics operations, eliminating the
need for expensive and cumbersome interfaces between different systems. The Cadence System operates on the Microsoft SQL Server database that maintains information about products, customers, orders, vendors, and shipments.

Cadence Warehouse Management.
Cadence Warehouse Management is designed to organize and improve product flow and throughput in distribution and fulfillment centers and manufacturing warehouses. It precisely monitors and controls inventory and work activity at every stage of product movement.

Cadence Transportation Management enables distributors to automatically ship products more efficiently, more accurately, and in more environments. Cadence Order Management.
With this order management system, distributors use the same database that runs the warehouse to serve customers. Sales and customer service representatives know
immediately whether products are available, from both local and remote warehouses as well as virtual warehouses. Access to order entry process is available via internal call center Windows-based workstation and features an electronic catalog of customer-specific inventory available in the warehouse.
Cadence Activity Billing.
The Cadence Activity Billing System provides complete tracking and billing of all activities such as receiving, storage, picking, shipping and order capture which the warehouse, transportation and order management modules generate. It creates a customizable,
detailed schedule of billable and non-billable services including service pricing that produces invoices through customers’ accounting systems.
