E-Mail Newsletters

E-Mail Newsletter Audit... from $100* • Evaluate client’s existing marketing productivity and deliverability, including open and

click-through rates to get a sense of reader engagement.

• Review past campaigns to ensure the copy is engaging and leverages email marketing best practices that are known to drive response. Also look to see if the content delivered matches the subscriber’s expectations and is consistent with the client’s marketing strategy and goals. Ensuring that client’s campaigns are free of words that trigger junk mail.

• Discover the motivation behind previous offers. Is the client giving its customers compelling reasons to act, engage and respond to communications?

• Is the client sending too frequently? Or too infrequently? More than once a week is usually considered too frequently, while less than once a month isn’t often enough to build momentum and create the kind of connection that drives engagement.

• How big is the client’s list? Does it include a high percentage of actual customers and genuine leads? If so, how engaged are they? What percentage of subscribers have responded to communication in the past year?

• Does the campaign look professional? Is it consistent with the tone, style and color palette of your client’s brand? Does it match the client’s website to create a visual tie to the email campaigns customers are seeing?

3. Customer service survey designed and deployed to your specified list via e-mail, mail or in person in a group setting with statistical analysis of results.

Reviews check for brand consistency, message consistency, outdated/missing information, projected effectiveness of marketing strategies, messaging propriety in relation to brand image and target market, comparison to similar offerings from competitors, and more. Areas needing improvement will be highlighted and marketing strategies not already being implemented may be suggested. If you have a specific area for us to consider during our review process, let us know. Upon completion of the reviews, generally two - four weeks after submission of information to Lev Promotions - a meeting will be scheduled to go over the results of the audit. The meeting can be in person or over the phone, at the client's discretion. In addition, a written report will be given to the client summarizing the findings of the audit.
