Dear Members,

Welcome to another edition of our newsletter!

As we approach the end of the summer it’s time to start thinking ahead. September is just around the corner and with it the chance to freshen things up and start anew. Those of us with children will still have a ‘new school year’ mentality. Indeed, September always fills me with optimism.

Of course, we have quite a lot to be optimistic about at present, namely our move into the packaging market. We set up a packaging department to cater for the unprecedented demand for niche lenders, and since starting to package for commercial lenders, we have joined forces with a number of leading names.

We currently act as packager for Aldermore Commercial, Blemain Finance, Capital Bridging, Dragonfly, InterBay Commercial and Shawbrook Bank. Earlier in the summer we became packagers for Precise Mortgages, giving you access to packager exclusives and 80% LTV products. We do not charge a packaging fee and we cover commercial, semi-commercial, HMO, complex buy-to-lets, bridging and refurbishment products.

This is a new area for us but it is one we are already finding great success in, and we hope to continue to grow it.

I hope you all enjoy the rest of your summer, make the most of the time to relax while the market is somewhat quieter, and then regroup and get ready for the new year.
