Trailblazer Camp

2009

Each year, LOSFA hosts Trailblazer Camps for high school students about

to enter their senior year, giving them the opportunity to spend three days

immersed in fi nancial aid information. Those students then take that

infor-mation back to their schools to share with their peers. This special edition

features photographs from the 2009 Trailblazer Camps which were held at

Northwestern State University and Nicholls State University. It also includes

quotes from the campers, describing their experiences and an update on

last year’s Trailblazers’ college decisions.
