This checklist is intended for use as a formative measure of online course development and/or a summative reflection of the online course. The goal for use is to provide guidelines to the instructor regarding course development, implementation, and improvement. This rubric was adapted from the Online Course Evaluation Form developed by Stacey Zurek for Loyola’s Marcella Niehoff School of Nursing.
