All Augmentorys are bespoke built to your specific requirements. We can perfectly match any existing brickwork and stone, or if you’d like white render or cedar cladding we can do that too! Our craftsmen precision build off-site at our indoor production facility which means your build doesn’t stop, no matter what the weather is doing.
An Augmentory living space can accommodate a wide range of needs from extending your kitchen, adding an extra bathroom or simply giving you more room to live. Arriving with all electrical and plumbing work as well as being fully decorated - we really have revolutionised what’s possible.

We carefully plan your new space to your exact needs. This includes the shape, size and finish both internally and externally. What colour you want the walls painting, where you want plug sockets, a TV point, lights, windows and doors. The list goes on!
With our sign-off procedure you will be involved every step of the way as your new Augmentory is being built.

Bi-fold doors and windows
There are a number of options when it comes to choosing your doors and windows. Such as one set of bi-folds or two?
Elegant full height picture window or full width landscape window to maximise the light while keeping your privacy? Even our Velux windows come with a grey exterior and white interior in a range of shapes and configurations.
Wall finish
There are four basic finishes available. These are matching existing brickwork and stone, or for a more modern look, white render or cedar cladding. Mixing these finishes is also a popular option.
Soffit & fascia
Manufactured to exacting standards, our soffits & fascias are guaranteed for 10 years and come in 4 colours.

Heating
Keeping your space warm is a priority. Which is why Augmentorys are super insulated against the cold and heat! But just to keep you nice and cosy you can choose a variety of heating systems, ranging from traditional radiators to electric and super economic infrared heating panels.
Electrical
Small details make all the difference. The electrical finishes have been carefully selected to add a touch of class. From a single switch to TV point, spotlights to outside lights, whatever you choose will complete your look.
Skirting
Skirting boards to complement your Augmentory are available in 4 different profiles: Pencil Round, Chamfered, Ogee and Torus.
