What guarantees are provided by a trusted third party in online, remote or personal contracting?
1. Fully guaranteed Certification that the displayed contract is what is signed, as it is the trusted third party that manages the signing mechanisms.
2. Fully guaranteed Association of the contract content to the signatures of the persons involved, as it is the trusted independent third party, through its services, that performs the act of contracting.

LGT Biosig is a Logalty solution that includes multiple methods of signature, including handwritten signature on a device for the capture of dynamic biometric signatures.
The recording device registers parameters such as the speed and pressure of the signature and produces a calligraphic model of the signature based on such parameters.
The model is developed using a sole mathematic algorithm that is independent to the device on which signature takes place, which allows the comparison of signatures on different devices:
Apple iPad/iPhone, Android, BlackBerry, Windows Phone, Windows 8 and Windows (Wacom, elink, etc.).
The identity of the signatory can be checked by comparing the biometric data in real time.

Note*: To limit the financial risks faced by companies, the new SEPA legislation requires client authorization to be able to make direct debits.
