Safe Outsourcing is a division of the Safe Computing Group

Safe Outsourcing provide a Back Office (Payroll, Invoicing, Credit Control, IT

Hosting) and Financial Management (Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger,

Cashflow, Management Accounts) outsourced managed service

The business has 30+ clients, 40 staff in the UK, managing client turnover in

excess of £200m, processing 15,000 timesheets per week and over 1,000,000

transactions per annum

What is Outsourcing?

In simple terms it is entrusting certain processes and functions to be delivered

by an external resource rather than being managed by an internal resource

Why do people outsource? Generally because they find an outsource service

provider who:

they trust,

provides scalability and flexibility,

is more cost effective as they can drive economies of scale, and

who delivers market leading technology and best practice solutions

What is the key to outsourcing? The right partner who understands that they

are an extension of your business and who consistently demonstrates

What can be outsourced?

• Full end-to-end processes or elements of a process. Generally whatever a client deems is appropriate for their business.

• In respect to Recruitment Agencies, this can be the full Pay, Bill and Credit Control process, Management Accounts and IT. However it need not be all of these elements or even all of the processes within these elements.

• Clients can retain an in-house Payroll function but outsource timesheet data input or invoice production or the credit control resource – simply put, an outsource solution can be modular allowing the client the flexibility to retain some parts of the process.

• Safe Outsourcing has the capacity and systems to be able to manage all or some of the aspects of middle and back office for recruitment companies, allowing Clients to retain some in-house resource or fully outsource.

• As part of the Safe Computing Group, Safe Outsourcing can provide Front, Middle and Back Office systems specifically for UK Recruitment Agencies with full integration between the applications irrespective of whether they are used in-house or externally

• The scope of the service extends to all forms of candidate – Temp, Perm, Contract, PAYE, CIS, Limited or Umbrella Company, and can manage all

route’s to market – direct with client MSP, RPO etc as well as manage Travel Benefit schemes.

• Safe Outsourcing’s Pay & Bill solution delivers hard copy or electronic timesheet processing, processes internal and candidate payroll and processes client invoicing. • With the capability to manage UK and International currencies and utilising our web

based technology platform, the Safe Outsourcing Pay & Bill solution can process candidates pay from anywhere in the world.

• Throughout the Pay & Bill process Agencies, Candidates and Clients can utilise SAFE LINK to manage, update and amend data, as well as have access and visibility to management and pay information.

• Our technologies payroll approx 40% of the entire UK Recruitment Temp market and are used by over 2,000 recruiters working in over 250 recruitment businesses. We can

provide a seamless integrated solution and full e-processing model, whilst also retaining the flexibility for clients to choose between hard copy and e-processing, a fully

Financials Credit Control application also means that the system is integrated with Tempest and Safe Link
