About this document

This document is intended to be a quick reference guide to manage your website through the Web User Interface (WebUI) called “ZPanel.” ZPanel allows you to manage Web domains, MySQL databases and users, and FTP accounts which belong to you, as well as viewing visitor and website statistics.

Audience

This guide is intended primarily for individuals with IT staff skills. You should have a basic understanding of web applications, web server and technical terminology.

Status

These “status” words will appear during using ZPanel.

- : Work which will be done after ZPanel Process has run (5 minutes interval).

- : Work which already done, and ready to be used.

1 General

1.1 User Privileges

As a user, you can do the following list.

1.1.1 Account Information

- Change your account’s password.

- Edit your account’s information.

- View the usage Disk space, Traffic bandwidth, Number of databases, etc.

1.1.2 Server Admin

- View PHP configured information.

1.1.3 Advanced

- View your domain statistics.

- View Frequency Ask Questions (FAQs).

- View service status.

1.1.4 Database Management

- Create/Delete your databases.

- Create/Delete/Reset password your MySQL users.

- Grant privileges to your users.

- Access MySQL via phpMyAdmin WebUI.

1.1.5 Domain Management

- Create/Delete your sub-domains.

1.1.6 File Management

- Create/Delete/Reset password your FTP accounts.

6 1.2 Login

The NTT web hosting service can be accessed using HTTPS protocol via URL: https://nwh.ntt.co.th.

Logging in by the username and password that you were provided.

2 Account Information

2.1 Change Password

After your first login, you should immediately change your account’s password by follow this instruction.

- Click at “Change Password” menu which be located in “Account Information” box on your dashboard.

9 2.2 My Account

After your first login, you should update your latest account’s information by follow this instruction.

- Click at “My Account” menu which be located in “Account Information” box on your dashboard.

10 2.3 Usage Viewer

This module provide statistic for you about your usage information, e.g. disk space, traffic bandwidth, remaining databases, etc.

3 Server Admin

3.1 PHPInfo

This module shows you briefly configuration of PHP. For more details, you can click on the “View full PHP configuration” button.

4 Advanced

4.1 AW Stats

This module provides you the statistic of your domain or sub-domain; you can select the domain and click on “Display” button to view the statistic.

13 4.1.1 AW Stats Glossary

These terms are often use in AW Stats.

- Unique Visitor: a person or computer (host) that has made at least 1 hit on 1 page of your web site during the current period shown by the report.

- Visits: Number of visits made by all visitors.

- Pages: The number of "pages" viewed by visitors.

- Hits: Any files requested from the server (including files that are "Pages").

- Bandwidth: Total number of bytes for pages, images and files downloaded by web browsing.

4.2 Cron Manager

This module allows you to setting up a Cron job to automate repetitive tasks in your website. by follow this instruction.

- Create your PHP script and upload to your website directory such as domain_com/cron/script.php.

- Login to your Zpanel and click on “Cron Manager” which be located in “Advance” box on your dashboard.

14 - Enter the location and name of the script (1), for example domain_com /cron/script.php

and enter a comment or a description of the script (2).Select when the script will be executed (3). The options are: Every 1 minute, Every 5 minutes, Every 10 minutes, Every 30 minutes, Every 1 hour, Every 2 hours, Every 8 hours, Every 12 hours, Every 1 day, Every week, Every month. Then click “Create” (4)

4.4 Service Status

This module shows you the status of the server and the services. The HTTP, FTP, and MySQL services should be green. And also show the uptime pf server and daemon status.

The daemon status will show you the next time that server will update information about your create/delete domain/sub-domain, update statistic.

5 Database Management

5.1 MySQL Database

This module allows you to manage you databases. To create new database, you can enter your database name in text field, and click on “Create” button.5.2 MySQL Users

This module allows you to manage you database user. To create new user, enter your new database user in text field, and select the database and click on “Create” button.

6 Domain Management

6.1 Sub Domains

This module allows you to manage your sub-domains. Number of sub-domain that you can create is shown on right-hand side by pie chart.

To create new sub-domain, you can enter your sub-domain in text field, and select the correct domain (if any) and click on “Create” button.

7 File Management

7.1 FTP Accounts

This module allows you to manage you FTP accounts. To create new account, you must enter the username, password and domain directory (if any). After that, click on “Create” button.

You can upload you website to our server by use “nwh.ntt.co.th” as hostname in any FTP client.
