account number look-up tool at mtb.com/provident after the conversion date
USING YOUR
CHECKS
Checking, Savings and Money Market accounts: You can use your current supply of
checks and deposit slips. The next time you reorder checks through M&T, your new supply will be printed with the M&T logo and routing and transit number. If you currently have checks for your account and your account number is changing, we will send a new supply of checks to you
Health Savings accounts (HSAs): If you currently have checks for your HSA, we will send
a new supply of checks to you
Personal Lines of Credit and Home Equity Lines of Credit: You’ll receive new M&T
checks, printed with your new account number, shortly after conversion. Please destroy your Provident checks and begin to use these as soon as they arrive. Provident checks already written will be honored for a limited time
