Campus Connect
Campus Connect is your student information portal and where you will complete many important functions such as course registration, tracking financial aid, checking your email, logging into Blackboard to see your online courses and connecting with your instructors and fellow students.
You will need a C# or student ID to create a Campus Connect

Please Note:
The Admissions Office will initially counsel all Ivy Tech
Online ‐ Ohio students through their first semester
registration. Following your initial registration, you will
be transitioned to an Academic Advisor in the
Academic Advising Center.

The Family Educational Rights and
Privacy Act (FERPA)
Once you complete a degree program at
Ivy Tech, it doesn’t have to be the end of
your education journey.
Ivy Tech has
agreements with many four year
colleges and universities

that you can use the credits you have
earned towards a Bachelor’s degree and
beyond.

Registering for Classes
After you have completed your first semester, you can register for courses online through Campus Connect. To register, click on the Add or Drop Classes link in the green My Ivy Tech section.
Always choose the Ohio Ivy
Tech Online option when

fafsa.ed.gov
How to Apply for Financial Aid
If you wish to apply for financial aid for the Fall 2014, Spring, 2015 and Summer 2015 terms, please complete
• Monitor and complete your Verification requirements • Monitor your financial aid awards by semester
• View any financial aid messages or holds placed on your account for financial aid purposes
Financial Aid - Campus Connect
Students may apply for financial aid at any time.
In order to ensure priority processing and “on‐time” delivery of eligibility, students must apply and return all requested forms/verification paperwork to their Ivy Tech Financial Aid Office as soon as possible.
In addition, students that have all of their financial aid requirements completed early will have their aid available to use at the bookstore the first day it opens.
Dropping a Class
WARNING:
If you wish to drop or withdraw from a class, please contact the advisor listed on your acceptance letter BEFORE doing
so to find out if it will impact your financial aid eligibility.
You may drop or withdraw from a class in Campus Connect by clicking on the Add or Drop Class link in the green My Ivy Tech section.
Please Note: IVYT 101 cannot be dropped using the Add or
Drop Classes link in Campus Connect. Your advisor must help
