St. Raymond Maronite Cathedral is happy to announce the 2021-2022 College Scholarship. The Scholarship is a one- me College Scholarship for eligible High School seniors.

The purpose of the College Scholarship is to recognize qualified gradua ng high school seniors of St. Raymond Maronite Cathedral and St. Raymond - St. Elizabeth Maronite Cath-olic Church who have been admi ed to an accredited college or university for the

comple-on of a baccalaureate program. College Scholarship Students

For High School Seniors eligibility shall be based on, but not limited to:

A) Scholarship - Minimum of a B average (based on a 3.0 out of 4.0 or 4.0 out of 5.0). Grade point average (g.p.a.) for the 10th and 11th grades and the first semester of the 12th grade.

B) Leadership/Community Involvement - Involvement in school extra-curricular ac vi es; Demonstrated community service ac vi es; Ac ve and/or leadership role in community service.

C) Parish Involvement – Registered Member St. Raymond Maronite Cathedral or St. Ray-mond - St. Elizabeth Maronite Catholic Church; Ac ve MYO member (or other youth ac

vi-es); Choir member, altar server, lector, etc.; Par cipa on in parish ac vi es.

One of the scholarships is named a er Most Reverend Bishop Robert Shaheen, as he start-ed this scholarship program with a commi ee of St. Raymond Cathstart-edral parishioners. The awarding of this scholarship is not based on the financial need of the applicant (s). Applica ons are available on February 27, 2021 and must be completed and returned no later than

April 26, 2021. Applica ons will not be accepted a er the April 26, 2021 deadline. The applica ons are available in St. Raymond Maronite Cathedral ves bule; St. Raymond - St. Elizabeth Maronite Catholic Church ves bule and the St. Raymond Cathedral website: h ps://www.straymond-mc.org/scholarship.

PRAYER SERVICE FOR SPIRITUAL HEALING

Archbishop Mitchell Rozanski will preside at a Prayer Service for

Spiritual Healing on Tuesday, March 23, at 7:00 pm, at Holy

Re-deemer Church, 17 Joy Ave. in Webster Groves.

All victims/survivors of physical, sexual, emotional or verbal abuse

are invited to attend the prayer service.
