Registration and identification badges
Participants are requested to register and obtain meeting badges, between 9:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.
For identification, all participants are requested to always wear the badge during the meeting.
Working language
The meeting will be conducted in English only.
No translation service will be provided. Please note that no paper copies of the documents will be provided during the meeting. Participants are therefore invited to bring along their own copies if needed. Participants are encouraged to read documents on their electronic devices where possible in order to save paper.

Social dinner
The social dinner, for those who have joined, will take place on October 30th (starting 8.30 p.m.) at the restaurant “Al Chiostro de Le Cappellette di San Luigi”, Via Paolina, 31, Roma.
The menu includes proposals of traditional Roman cuisine. The fixed price is 35 €. Money will not be collected among the guests before the event. Participants can pay personally at the restaurant after dinner. More info on the location at www.alchiostro.com.

This map shows the area around Rome’s central train station, Roma Termini.To get Roma Eventi Fontana di Trevi from Roma Termini go to bus stop and take line n° 40 (direction Borgo Sant’Angelo) to 3 stops. Get off at stop Piazza Venezia.
Go back along Via Cesare Battisti and turn at the second left (Via della Pilotta), then walk straight on until Piazza della Pilotta, 4.

A direct train goes straight from Leonardo da Vinci to Termini (and back), with no intermediate stops. It takes about 30 minutes. Price 14 euros.
