The ISLA International Service Logistics Association is a professional association dedicated to Service Management and Spare Parts Logistics. ISLA was founded in November 2003, and some 50 corporate members from Europe and the U.S. have joined the association now. Agfa Graphics offers integrated pre-press solutions to the printing industry. These solutions comprise consumables, hardware, software and services for production workflow, project and colour manage-ment. The meeting session with the speakers’ presentations and the subsequent discussions will take place at the Holiday Inn in the city of Hasselt. Hasselt, a medium-sized city about 80 km east of Brussels, likes to promote itself as the Capital of Good Taste. This refers to the large amount of excellent shops and restaurants in the city center. The European Distribu-tion Centre of SKF running Agfa’s spare parts operaDistribu-tion is situated in Tongeren, 35 km away from the meeting venue. Taxi transport from Hasselt to Tongeren is organized for those who will not be travelling by car.

Hasselt and Tongeren are both well con-nected to the European traffic network. They can easily be reached by car, as well as by airplane via Brussels. Travelling from the Brussels/Zaventem Airport to Hasselt takes about 1 hour, the return journey from Tongeren a little more.
