Higher Education Student and Staff Mobility

Inter-institutional agreement 2017-2021

between programme countries

The institutions named below agree to cooperate for the exchange of students

and/or staff in the context of the Erasmus+ programme. They commit to respect

the quality requirements of the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education in all aspects

related to the organisation and management of the mobility, in particular the

recognition of the credits awarded to students by the partner institution.

C. Recommended language skills

The sending institution, following agreement with the receiving institution, is responsible for providing support to its nominated candidates so that they can have the required language skills at the start of the study or teaching period:

For Bachelor students:

Having completed 120 EC with a C average (ECTS system) in a

relevant discipline before starting in the Undergraduate Certificate Programme Social

Sciences (for exchange students)

For master

students: For incoming master level students this contract is only for the

Research Master Urban Studies, Master students are expected to having completed a

relevant bachelor's degree

For students Only native speakers of English are exempted from the English language test

requirement The test scores given above are not recommendations. but requirements

Partners may request a waiver for the English language test in case their students can

submit an equivalent score on an institutional language test or a national monitored

language test

Partners are requested to nominated their selected students before the given application

deadlines by erna I to [email protected]. For MEST students later deadlines

can be given upon request

E. Calendar

1. Applications (both online and hard copy) from nominated students must reach the receiving institution by (any changes in these dates will be communicated by email)

2. The receivinq institution will send its decision within 4 weeks.

3. A Transcript of Records will be issued by the receiving institution no later than 5 weeks after the assessment period has finished at the receiving HEI. [It should

normally not exceed five weeks according to the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education guidelines]

4. Termination of the agreement

A notice of at least one academic year will be given

3. Insurance

The sending and recervrnq institutions will provide assistance in obtaining insurance for incoming and outbound mobile participants, according to the requirements of the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education.

The receiving institution will inform mobile participants of cases in which insurance cover is not automatically provided. Information and assistance can be provided by the following contact points and information sources:

4. Housing

The receiving institution will guide incoming mobile participants in finding accommodation, according to the requirements of the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education.
