Summary of Main Terms & Conditions: Event Partnership
Submission of this Partnership Application Form (submitted on-line, by fax or post) establishes a formal contract between the named company and SPA LIFE UK (the organisers) under the following terms and conditions. In submitting this form you confirm that you have the relevant authority, on behalf of the named company, to enter into this agreement.
1. Within 14 days of receipt of this Partnership Application Form the Organisers will send a notification e-mail to the Company confirming acceptance of the application with any additional information. Please note the organisers reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking at their absolute discretion.
2. A deposit of 25% is required following a Company’s application as an official Event Partner. An invoice will be issued via e-mail to the business e-mail listed on the Application Form.
3. The balance of the total delegate(s) fee is payable on or before 30th August 2015.
4. Delegates will not be permitted to attend the event unless the total fee has been paid in accordance with the stated terms.
5. Payment of the full fee, as outlined above, will entitle the delegate(s) to participation in the specified schedule of Events at SPA LIFE UK including:
a. SPA LIFE FORUM (min’ 8 meetings for Gold Sponsors / 12 meetings for Platinum Sponsors); b. EXPO Arena - display space for 2 days; ( Gold & Platinum Only)
c. Attendance at the Networking Dinner; d. Access to the Spa Life Conference;
e. Refreshments and lunch on each day of the Event.
6. The organisers cannot guarantee acceptance of booking applications received after 30th Sept 2015. Applications accepted after the 30th September 2015 must be paid for in full within 14 days.
7. 50% of Sponsorship fees remain payable should the delegate(s) cancel a confirmed booking within 3 months of the event date.
8. The Parties agree that if, for any reason, the Event is cancelled and/ or re-scheduled the Partner will agree to transference of benefits to a suitable alternative event at the same value of sponsorship.
9. The organisers shall not be held responsible or liable for any consequential loss incurred due to such cancellation in Clause 8. It is the Sponsor Partner’s responsibility to insure against such unforeseen events. 10. All prices quoted in this document are net of VAT.
