SEISMIC BRACING
OVERVIEW: Acme has a full line of seismic bracing products for the mechanical, plumbing, and electrical industries. Our fast attach and break off style seismic bracing components offer labor savings on installation compared with other standard seismic bracing systems. Our versatile line offers both rigid & cable bracing systems to satisfy your specific project requirements.
RIGID BRACING: With fewer required attachment points, our rigid bracing attachments dramatically reduce installation time as well as reducing the number of stress points on the structure itself. It also reduces the opportunity for collision with other systems, making coordination using the BIM process easier.
CABLE BRACING: Cable braces are often required on pipe and duct runs where vibration isolation is installed or when the length of braces would make rigid options either impractical or impossible.

CRUSH-RESISTANT INSULATION
Model "CW" insulated support: Originally designed for use in wet lag applications. We continue to provide this model for use in wet lag situations and per specification. Ask for standard dimensions and metal gauges. The minimum length for our "CW" insert is 6". This model is also available with double metal "CWX", and with load bearing plates, model "CWXR".
Model "HWXR/CWXR" insulated support: Ask for standard dimensions and metal gauges. Special order insulation lengths and metal gauges are available upon request. This model comes with double sheet metal and rolled plates. Available in hot and cold models.

Engineering for Seismic Anchorage
We interpret and comply with IBC, CBC (non-OSHPD), and CBC (OSHPD) building codes in regards to Statics Analysis (project specific calculation verifying the adequacy of the restraint and its anchorage) vs. Dynamic Analysis (Shake Table Testing).
We select the proper CalDyn vibration isolator (seismic / wind) restraints based on project specifications and constraints.
