All reports may be archived to optical storage for future use. Whether you bill once a month or on multiple cycles, comprehensive reports are available for daily activity and month-end. A fiscal “Month End” option even allows for summaries at times other than the actual month-end.

Increase efficiency and responsiveness.

between iVUE CIS and other products, such as iVUE Accounting and Business Solutions (iVUE ABS) and iVUE Engineering and Operations (iVUE E&O), allows you to provide fast, efficient service to your customers. You can view a customer’s account status, billing and payment history, diversified services used, view scheduled tasks, check inventory levels, see capital credit allocations and check service orders.

Using iVUE Cash Register, cashiers can easily post payments for multiple accounts and / or services with a single transaction.

iVUE Contact Tracking allows you to quickly document your contacts with customers. Using questionnaires tied to contact reasons allows for consistent collection of information.

or solutions. Develop questionnaires for specific contact reasons to provide consistency of data collection and ensure powerful information for follow-up activities. Workflow may be used to enhance the Contact Tracking.

Using iVUE Delinquent Collections, you can create orders to Cutoff/Collect in batch. Also use the interface to Google Maps to view the location.

Alerts are designed to notify you of certain conditions related to specific accounts, customers, locations or equipment. After receiving an alert, you can quickly move to the appropriate screen by clicking on the related hyperlink.
