These value-added services help reduce forklift maintenance costs and can free up personnel and facilities for other activities. Master Protection
®Extended Powertrain Warranty Program
Extended powertain protection can help protect you from major repair costs.
The Master Protection® Extended Powertrain Warranty program provides parts and labor warranty coverage options for up to five years or 10,000 hours (See Master Protection Powertrain Warranty Certificate for details).
If any major powertrain component fails as a result of a defect in material or workmanship during the selected extended warranty periods, your dealer will repair it with genuine Mitsubishi Forklift Trucks parts, after you pay a simple $50 deductible per claim.

Master Maintenance service technicians are factory-trained to help ensure your forklifts deliver on performance. Your Mitsubishi forklift truck dealer has the necessary maintenance tools, equipment and experience needed to maintain your equipment, along with fully stocked service vans containing parts, not only for Mitsubishi forklifts, but also for other brands of forklifts. They can also provide services designed to audit your hours of usage, equipment condition, maintenance costs and other factors that can impact equipment performance and your maintenance budget.
Personalizing The Master Maintenance Program
A professional, custom-tailored maintenance program geared to your needs helps keep your forklifts productive. It is designed to keep them out of the shop and on the job.
The program begins with an evaluation of your operations, including:

• Greater trade-in value when you sell Under the Master Maintenance program, regular planned maintenance calls are scheduled in advance to help avoid unexpected downtime and interruptions to your normal business activities. Experienced Mitsubishi forklift truck service technicians will regularly change engine oil and filters, lubricate chassis, check fluid levels, electrical systems, fuel systems, hydraulic systems and other items for a predetermined monthly rate. Our goal is to identify and repair potential problems before they result in downtime.

The Full Maintenance program is a complete forklift truck service plan that combines a rigorous planned maintenance schedule with complete repair services–at a fixed, pre-determined price–for the length of the contract.
Full Maintenance Offers
1. Our Full Maintenance program is custom tailored to meet your needs. Performed on-site, our planned maintenance helps keep your equipment in peak condition and maintain uptime.
2. Full Maintenance allows you to budget a fixed cost to maintain each forklift for the duration of the agreement.
3. With Full Maintenance, you receive one low monthly payment for all maintenance services.*
4. Full Maintenance provides optimum equipment utilization, whether you operate one forklift or a fleet, and whether your trucks are purchased or leased.
5. Full Maintenance can reduce the need for maintaining costly parts inventories, tooling and emergency equipment.
6. Our trained service technicians use Genuine Mitsubishi OEM parts for your Mitsubishi forklifts and also offer
replacement parts for all other forklift brands.
7. Our service vans are equipped to handle emergency repairs promptly and on-site.
8. Your time, personnel and plant space can be allocated to support production and management responsibilities.

• Providing parts inventory.
• Providing service vans capable of supporting efficient service and repair.
• Providing major repairs, labor and equipment as needed for the duration of the agreement.
• Monitoring maintenance costs, hours of usage, equipment condition and other factors that can impact your forklift’s on-the-job performance.
• Helping you maintain maximum equipment uptime by keeping your fleet
in peak condition.

Simply sign up for Master Protection within 90 days following your purchase, complete the recommended planned maintenance schedule, and your worries about major expenses from possible powertrain failures will be over.
Once a new forklift is enrolled, the extended warranty can be transferred with ownership. There’s no total dollar limit on a covered claim and no relationship to the forklift market value at the time of the claim. Your dealer coordinates the repairs for your forklift, whether in the dealer’s shop or in your plant, with only a $50 deductible per claim.*
