STORE MANAGER RESPONSIBILITY
➢ Locate the following and have all available for the Crossmark Representative prior to their arrival. Upon entering your store – the Crossmark Representative should be able to begin working on the Planogram immediately
1. Planogram Bulletin 2. Shelf Coding Labels 3. New Items
➢ Call the Signing Hotline for any missing signage at 1-401-770-6699
➢ Process the Product Withdrawals and RFCs
➢ Verify the reset has been properly executed by Crossmark
➢ File Planogram for future reference
➢ If your store does not receive a visit from Crossmark by 10/23, call the Crossmark/CVS Hotline at 1-866-608- 2815, 8am - 6pm EST, Monday thru Friday.
➢ IMPORTANT! Upon completion of this planogram, ensure that the planogram is assigned to the correct aisle in your Store Aisle by Planogram application in the Item Management Workbench.

CROSSMARK REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITY
➢ Provide Letter of Authorization to the CVS Manager on Duty
➢ Obtain the Planogram Bulletin, Shelf Coding Labels and New Items from the CVS Manager on Duty
➢ Merchandize product according to the store specific Planogram provided. If there are New Items that have not been provided, leave appropriate space and ensure proper placement of coding label
• Note: New Items are underlined in the Planogram listing
➢ Place all Shelf Coding Labels in channel strips and on peg label holders according to the planogram
➢ Provide discontinued items, and any other remaining items, to the CVS Manager on Duty
➢ Discard discontinued Signage
➢ Have the CVS person in charge sign-off on the completed work
➢ Correct any issues before exiting the store
SIGNING INFORMATION
➢ IMPORTANT: Adhere strictly to the merchandising in the bulletin to ensure fixtures and signs are compliant with product placement after completion of the planogram.
Note: Follow the merchandising instructions carefully. All fixtures and signs have been reviewed and approved for use only with the products shown in the bulletin.

➢ The following Feature, Header and Blade signs must remain in place after this planogram is reset.

➢ Refer to the planogram schematic and item listing for proper placement.
MAGNIFIERS
➢ Install Magnifiers, Store Supply #253239, every 8 feet starting 4 feet from the beginning of the planogram. Attach magnifiers to a top shelf that is
approx. 48” to 60” high. The length of the cord allows customers to use the magnifiers in a range of 4 feet in either direction.
Magnifiers can be ordered by the Store Manager.

PRICE CHANGES
➢ The label event for this planogram contains price changes that will activate once printed. Only print the section to be worked on when ready to execute within 24 hours.
PRODUCT WITHDRAWALS
➢ PWs are located in the Store Operations Workbench on your store’s Smart System.

➢ Any item not on PW or RFC should be processed through the Final Disposition application in the RF Unit.
NEW ITEMS
➢ New items for your store are underlined in the attached planogram listing.
ODS-Q NEGATIVE MARGIN PROCESS
➢ Items specific to your store may be shut off from replenishment as part of a company initiative to reduce shrink and write-offs
➢ Following planogram completion, valid planogrammed items may display the message, “Remove Shelf Label” when scanning OOS during your BOH Accuracy Scan.
➢ When prompted, remove shelf label and expand adjacent facings on your best-selling products.
DATED MERCHANDISE
➢ This planogram contains date sensitive merchandise. As part of the planogram remerchandising process check and rotate all dated merchandise. Refer to the Dated Merchandise policy available on Store Resources>Operations Manuals>Dated Merchandise.
PLANOGRAM CLASSIFICATIONS
All classification changes must be handled thru SPARK - the Planogram Request Site.
➢ If you received the incorrect planogram version, go to the Planogram Request Site via SPARK> Applications>Planogram Request
1. Select Change Planogram, select the group, and key in the height and width needed.
2. All classification changes will be automatically sent to your District Leader for approval.
3. Use the same Planogram Request Site to order label events and print planogram hardcopies.
